Boomer Sooner!!!
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room. Comfort of the bed. Size of the shower.

Cons:

Breakfast staff was not pleasant, helpful or attentive.
Maid staff was not pleasant.
Didn’t like the response I got when asking for maid service for clean towels after the first night. From the maid near our room and the front desk when I was told I had to call and ask for service.

Pros:

The receptionist upfront was so nice and very friendly. I am sorry i did not get her name but she was the one who checked us in after 5pm on a Friday night. The breakfast was good too. The kitchen lady was very friendly and polite. Good food options.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor by elevator. Walls were very thin and we could hear small children crying on one side and someone else coughing throughout the night. Plus heavy footsteps on the floor above...But once Sunday came around, it was nice and quiet. Not to take away from our stay. It was nice for the price.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs and we will definitely use again when we need to.
Pros:

The room was huge and clean. It was really nice and the pool was clean and perfect temperature. The staff was really nice and helpful and made the process smooth. The lobby was clean and the seating was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the variety of foods that were offered.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable for myself, my mom and sister. We didn’t sleep very good. The soap and shampoo were very cheap and not good. There were no towels in the pool room.
