Location was good. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Property is being renovated and the contractor is doing a poor job. Gave a list of “missed” items to the front desk.

It was ok to stay for the night. I would try another hotel next time.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant. The facility was clean.

Cons:

It may not be the hotel's fault, but when booking the hotel, I saw pictures of a pool, but they are not there now. The hotel's pool has been closed for a year. Also, the floors in our room were cracking and you could feel it moving when you stepped on certain parts of the floor. They are in the middle of renovations, so it may be fixed soon.

Extremely roomy and clean. Comfortable beds and we enjoyed our time visiting.
Pros:

Very clean and renovations look great. Our King Suite was huge - much bigger than anticipated. The new flooring, bathroom (with a glass door on the shower 🚿 which is so much better than a shower curtain - thank you!) Customer service was friendly and walking into the entrance smelt so clean and fresh.

It was comfortable
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The renovation seems to be going well. The rooms look great, even though I preferred the old look. It was more homely.
The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin. I could hear absolutely everything my neighbours were talking about and doing in the bathroom. That made sleeping a challenge.

We booked the hotel for the indoor pool because of the kids and was not told until the day before that the pool was closed indefinitely.
