Good clean hotel in War zone in Kherson Ukraine.

Although Kherson is currently in a precarious situation, my visit to the city was still rewarding.

My stay at the Diligence Hotel was excellent. The staff was warm and inviting. They were available to assist in any way they could.

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and very clean. The room I was given was a very good size and had all the amenities I needed. The Samsung high-tech TV was a nice surprise.

Probably the most impressive part of my experience with the hotel happened before I even arrived. All my communications with the hotel were replied to in a relatively timely fashion. Any question I posed was met with a solution.

I wish to thank Andrew and the staff for making me feel welcomed and at home.

I was fortunate to get a hotel room in Kherson. The Russian invasion and occupation did much damage. The infrastructure in Kherson was heavily damaged. So, it is not fair to be too critical about anything in Kherson. The staff here were very good.

Hotel was OK compare to price it was very good.
The restaurant nice food OK staff very friendly only I got food poisoning and I was sick for the next two days.

Second stay for me and again, another enjoyable stay. I noticed more English speaking staff this time. Outdoor dining staff was extremely nice and spoke English too. Food really is great and so is the value. Room was clean but the carpet is getting to the point it could use a little steam cleaning.

I Love this this place! ...would stay again and recommend it!

The hotel is located near the main avenue of Kherson, on a street at the edge of a residential area.

Just in front of the entrance is a huge building, the abandoned remains of an agricultural equipment company of the Russian era.

Not far away is pub & restaurant - walking distance.

I honestly think this is the best hotel in Kherson. very good location, comfortable clean rooms, and excellent staff. Breakfast nice, and food quality in restaurant very good. Always very helpfull!!!

The hotel is as good as any in Kherson. You will not be disappointed with this stylish hotel.

This hotel was in a wonderful location but was away from all the noise. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful, Natalia was an absolute gem! She was always smiling and very helpful! Her English is very good! The restaurant food was fantastic! Everywhere the staff was very friendly!

I checked into this hotel this hotel for 2 nights. Everything was right. Friendly, accommodating receptionist, excellent restaurant , clean comfortable bed, flat screen tv, desk, shower with powerful shower head and good heat.

The Hotel and staff were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and smoke free environment. The staff was very professional. I was a late 1 a.m. morning arrival. I was checked in very quickly and taken directly to my room. I loved their breakfast menu choices and how easy it was to reserve my breakfast choices the evening before. I forgot one evening to fill it out the choices and was called about my choices over the phone. I really appreciated the professional follow up even when I was late for breakfast and was given a reminder phone call to see if I was still having breakfast. The room attendants were very prompt with my laundry and ironing needs. I will be back for a longer stay at the Diligence Hotel to enjoy the amenities of Kherson and surrounding areas.

Helpful friendly staff and good English spoken, comfortable well-appointed rooms modern and clean. Good bathroom amenities. Within easy walking distance of town centre.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was not quite warm enough for me. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and the restaurant was excellent, serving some fine, but not expensive, meals. There was no bar - just the restaurant. Internet was available in all the rooms, which was necessary since there were only Ukranian and Russian programs on the satellite TV. I obtained a greatly discounted room rate, which meant that the hotel was good value, but I would have been less content if I had paid the full price for the room.

I really enjoyed my two-week stay at this hotel. The hotel is very well kept and the staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and nice. My only complaint is that the hotel was very warm and I was only comfortable in my self-controlled air conditioned room. I also did not care to set appointments for when to be served breakfast every morning. You need to fill out a slip each day and enter your choice of breakfast and a time. I would rather feel free to visit the breakfast area within their normal operating times. Considering other hotel options in Kherson, this is a very good choice of hotel and I would visit it again.

This is a pleasant small 3 star hotel. My room was clean and comfortable.
