Important information:

• Please note the Cape Town Marriott Hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment of guest rooms. The 5th and 6th floors are under construction at the moment.
• The refurbishment will take place until 31 October 2022 and resume on 1 April 2023
• The hotel will have 90 newly renovated rooms this year and the remaining 90 rooms will be done in 2023.

An Exceptional weekend spent at your hotel , with good customer services . Will definetly be back .

Breakfast was exceptional , it exceed my expectation everything i had was super fresh especially the salmon , fruits and the confectionery Yummy .
I like how every food item was presented , and in perfect bite sizes . The room was Fresh clean ,spacious . I wish it had a bath option and balcony . The bed was big, comfy and clean fresh .

Very unprofessional staff
Pros:

Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining it daily.

Cons:

The staff were remarkably unfriendly and unprofessional to the point where even mere greetings were ignored. I stopped greeting altogether after 2 days. This was definitely not the Bonvoy experience we expected. Definitely not worth the money paid. The staff need proper customer care training.

The way we were received made this an unenjoyable stay. Will not return.
Pros:

The location was good ; the hotel was fair. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Cons:

The hotel promised to take into account our prior requests ; they in fact confirmed this four days before we arrived.
Sadly although we had requested a high floor room we were allocated a room on the third floor ( out of eight ). When we questioned this we were told we could wait for a room to be cleaned on the sixth floor. When we showed that we were unhappy then a room was found on the 7th floor. No - " sorry that we did not take your request into account " Just an initial this is the room you were allocated.

Absolutely highly recommended. International level for sure.
Pros:

Excellent stay overall.
Breakfast was impeccable. Great location, exactly in the middle of everywhere you want to be. Very clean. Staff impeccable.

Cons:

Had some issues with the TV regarding channels and SMART TV function availability. An upgrade to streaming services such as Netflix will be great. Or a chrome cast function will work.
