Great stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Cons:

Breakfast offers everything you need and is generally very enjoyable. However, we do feel that some attention could be given to the coffee service. This was our third stay with you, and unfortunately, on each occasion we have had to wait quite a long time for our coffee. It often only arrives when we have nearly finished our meal and is sometimes already cold.

A wee bit disappointed
Pros:

I liked the view and the location. Breakfast was good. Nearby Husser Grill was convenient for supper. Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

They forgot to replenish my water and coffee pods. I reported the toilet not flushing properly twice. The pressure was to light. I would have loved to have a cooler duvet. The duvet in the room made me break out in a sweat during the night even though I put the aircon on cold in the middle of winter.

Cons:

the breakfast quality and service let down the side. The quality of food and the hot food service was disorganised. Waited 15 minutres for a boiled egg to be completed and delivered to our table and then without an egg cup requiring two requests. No management watching and managing
