• Please note the Cape Town Marriott Hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment of guest rooms. The 5th and 6th floors are under construction at the moment.
• The refurbishment will take place until 31 October 2022 and resume on 1 April 2023
• The hotel will have 90 newly renovated rooms this year and the remaining 90 rooms will be done in 2023.

World class service and overall exceptional stay
Pros:

Absolutely love the Crystal Towers. I’ve been booked quite frequently for work and opted to book a stay for a personal trip. From the valet parking to the warm reception, to the amazing room with all amenities to the flexible dinner menu. I absolutely would recommend staying here. Consistently world class service, it was great to see Pawan with a big smile as always

Pros:

Helpful staff. Good room with excellent blackout curtaining. Pleasant shower. Breakfast was excellent & waiters & chefs were extremely attentive.

Cons:

Refrigerator had glass door & it's internal light lit up the room. Lobby bar is very basic.

An Exceptional weekend spent at your hotel , with good customer services . Will definetly be back .
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional , it exceed my expectation everything i had was super fresh especially the salmon , fruits and the confectionery Yummy .
I like how every food item was presented , and in perfect bite sizes . The room was Fresh clean ,spacious . I wish it had a bath option and balcony . The bed was big, comfy and clean fresh .
