I did not reserve this room. The person who reserved the room used my email address without my knowledge. She had a similar name but submitted the wrong email address

Upon checking out I decided to get a cup of coffee to my surprise it was ice cold another guest came down and asking about breakfast (and yes it was over) but you had staff at the front counter with loaded breakfast plates eating while guests were checking out dust in our room *(316)
