No es un hotel rural al uso. Es un museo y duermes dentro de un museo. Hay que entenderlo así.

No es un hotel rural al uso. Es un museo y duermes dentro de un museo. Hay que entenderlo así. La ubicación es buena porque está en un enclave rural, dentro de un pueblo de 300 habitantes, si bien, cerca de Ciudad Real. Partes del hotel dan al campo y, si se sabe apreciar, se agradece el silencio y el canto de los pájaros (primavera). Por dentro hay que dejarse llevar por los consejos de Eduardo, todo un profesional. Nos mostró el museo del artista Eugenio Bermejo y de sus maravillas de reliquias de coches. El restaurante presenta una carta con precios algo elevados, pero todos los productos que tomamos eran de calidad, el vino de cosecha propia estaba a buena relación calidad/precio. Bien atendidos y el restaurante maravillosamente decorado y su chimenea encendida. Lo de bajarse del coche para tocar un timbre a dos metros del vehículo no debe suponer un problema, seguramente, hoy que todos vamos al gym, nos viene bien mover las piernas (salvo en caso de discapacidad, claro está). No hay tv. Un drama para algunos-as....

El desayuno hay que mejorarlo. Ya le dimos a Eduardo nuestras opiniones, que amablemente recopiló. También es verdad, que debería haber WIFI en determinados puntos. No obstante, soy partidario de aquellos negocios que ponen el carte de "No tenemos WIFI. Aquí se conversa, se admira el arte o el paisaje". Punto.

Hotel 4 Estrellas!? Hay que ver y estar.
Pros:

NO ME GUSTÓ NADA, estaba todo muy sucio. Lo único que puedo destacar es la cama, no estaba mal dentro de todo lo malo.

Cons:

TODO. Camareros bordes y mal educados, el precio súper caro para comer encima con bichos y mesas/sillas sucias; no hay televisión, el pueblo no tiene absolutamente nada, te tienes que desplazar 15min, no te atienden cuando lo necesitas.. ETC!!!!

Las camas supercomodas.El hotel y entorno muy bonito. Íbamos en familia y como habia una boda nos alojaron a todos juntos en la parte mas tranquila del hotel.

Cons:

Menos mal que solo hemos estado 2 noches porque no pasaron a limpiar ni siquiera hacer las camas de las habitaciones.

Todo un lujo poder disfrutar del Palacio de la Serna.
Pros:

El desayuno estupendo. El pan y el bizcocho buenísimos.
La ubicación fácil de llegar. Bien señalizada.
Era como estar en un museo. Un gran nivel artístico

Ha sido fantástico volver
Pros:

Nos casamos en el Palacio hace 21 años y no habíamos vuelto en todo este tiempo. Reservamos con cierto temor a que los recuerdos superaran la realidad y, muy al contrario, disfrutamos mucho y nos sentimos felices de visitarlo de nuevo y ver la evolución. Estupendo trabajo de Eugenio y su equipo, sigue siendo un lugar maravilloso con un trato y atención espectaculares. Muchas gracias
