Construction work lol
Pros:

The unit was good, good view, good size and layout.

Cons:

We didn't like that when we arrived there were construction work all around our apartment. They were pile driving and jack hammering at 2 of the sites next door and in front. They started work at 630am every morning and not finishing till 4-5pm. There was nothing mentioned of construction work on the website or bookings.com, we probably would of stayed elsewhere if we had known.

Comfortable and well-equipped, great value for money
Pros:

The location was great especially for the price, very affordable and a nice space.

Cons:

There was construction on outside the apartment which was a bit loud in the mornings, but otherwise it was all good!

Baronnet stay
Pros:

We had an ocean view but that may not be there once the construction is completed right in front of the balcony.
Gardens were near and tidy. Underground car park.

Cons:

We booked a week before our stay so we paid above market prices only to arrive with construction works right outside our balcony door which started at 6.30am. It would have been nice for this to be listed on the booking site.

The apartment was old and dated for the price. There was only a sheet and light blanket on the bed, the kitchen supplies only had a few items (eg plates, glasses, etc) and it just needs a makeover and freshen up.

The spa was good but the jets turn off every minute or two.

Pros:

The young ladie at the reception when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon was absolutely lovely, professional and helpful.
The apartment was very spacious.

Cons:

The housekeeping needs to be done more properly.
We were sneezing a lot because of all the dust on every furniture, tables, lamps, TV remotes even..
We could see all the dust..
Also, the laundry floor was still full of sand..
The mattress in the ensuite needs remplacement.
When we were just sitting on the bed, the mattress was too soft..
It is very unfortunate because the apartment have been renovated nicely.
