エリアも施設も申し分ない最高の滞在先でした
Pros:

全ての施設が含まれていたのが良かったです。
清潔なベッド、キッチン、洗濯機すべて揃っており、カバン一つで滞在できるのがとてもよかった。
スーパーやレストランも近いエリアなので、生活の選択肢が非常に多かった。、

Cons:

チェックインに時間がかかったのが少し残念。

Disappointed in the TV situation cost me money cause I had to go out

The view and location was great

Cons:

The TV had no freedom air TV and no Foxtel so it was a public holiday and I had to go out to watch NRL football at clubs and pubs and I copped a 15% surcharge on all my drinks and this is the reason why we get an apartment so you can drink and watch football I can’t believe there’s no Foxtel in this apartment and on the bookings.com it says it’s got cable TV satellite and free to air and it had nothing

Location and the staff were good.

Cons:

Location is perfect. The apartment was filthy. Even the fans were full of dust and everything was dirty. The bedside table had kg of dust. The automatic curtain didn’t work the whole time so wasted money for ocean view suite. The receptionist actually called maintenance guy but he couldn’t fix it so thanks to the receptionist she did her job but the the owner needs to think about changing their cleaning contractor.

Cons:

The washing machine and vacuum cleaner need replacing. Was emailed that there would be a ‘welcome basket’ with my necessities this was not the case. No pool towels considering there was a pool in the complex and steps away from the beach.

If they erased the randomisation or just matched photos to the room you were booking I would have no complaints.
Pros:

The pool was nice. Location is good. We were offered an alternate room however due to it being a public holiday, limited options available. Staff were friendly and done what they could.

Cons:

Upon arrival we were given a room that looked nothing like the photos. When asked if we were given the wrong room we were met with it was randomly picked. we just so happened to get the worst looking apartment in the whole building. The tv was missing a leg and leaning up against the wall, tiles were dirty, there was a cockroach on the floor when I woke up.
