Accueil remarquable. Appartement bien adapté pour 5 adultes, très propre et fonctionnel. Silencieux, et surtout climatisé, ce qui est très appréciable en ces jours de canicule.
We booked at Madame Cadet but received a Superior room in Monsieur Cadet and we were thrilled. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the AC was perfect in the heatwave, and the King sized bed was very comfortable. We will definitely keep this address for our next Paris trip.

Pas de tisane en chambre.
Location was great, close to many metro stations and even a very good boulangerie just across the street. Room was decent and well furnished. It was good to have enough space considering we were with our 5 year old daughter and had lots of stuff stroller etc. AC was working well, as we were there during a heatwave it was very important. We arrived a little late but checkin process was very convenient and we felt safe despite not having any employee around at night. All the doors were locked and even courtyard of the building was not reachable for outsiders.

its in the heart of Paris, convenient stores, pharmacies and restaurants in close proximity, this hotel has a really good AC unit that’s perfect for this current heat wave in France, comfortable beds and a lot of space for unpacking ect.
It’s a bit confusing as there’s 2 locations, one to check in and collect the keys and the actual hotel is a few blocks away. they do provide a mini booklets/card with navigation from where you are but it didn't help as much. there’s 2 gates one closes around 18:00 and it has a separate code to enter from the other and its hand written and barely legible the wifi code is also hand written so you’ll find yourself having to go to the other location for info if there’s no one at this location after hours.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on our family trip, with three young kids. Location is good. It is quiet. Most of the staff are really helpful. On the date we checked in, they were able to get us a room earlier than the regular check in time which we appreciated the most.
Entrance to the building after midnight could be a real challenge. As a matter of fact, I and some other guests could not get access to the building and out rooms between 12-2am on June 18th due to some sort of a system failure when the guest electronic keys malfunctioned. It took the staff about two hours to find a solution. The room we stayed needs an upgrade. It is clean, comfortable but furnishings looked old. I don’t think it is worth paying nearly Euro 400 per night to stay here but the hotel was actually over booked.
Порекомендовали поставить авто на "дружественную" парковку, где цена якобы ниже и это подтвердил менеджер стоянки при въезде на нее, но при выезде уже другой менеджер парковки увеличил стоимость и получилось, что рекомендованная стоянка авто стоила одинаково, что и у отеля. Зря тащили чемоданы за пару кварталов! Это очень расстроило впечатление о Париже!
