整體來說cp值還可以～早點預訂的話可能可以選更舒適的飯店
Pros:

地理位置很方便，搭公車、地鐵都有很多選擇
進入飯店要走入一個大鐵門，晚上六點以後鐵門會關門從一側的小門刷卡進出，覺得還蠻安全的

Cons:

沙發床睡起來稍稍不舒服，翻身的時候會有一點聲音

Top appartement, net ten zuiden van Montmartre.
Met Eurostar op een paar uur van Amsterdam of Rotterdam en op 12 minuten loopafstand van Gare du Nord!
Vriendelijk personeel en hotelservice mogelijk. Super beveiligd, appartement met apart slaapgedeelte, goede kitchenette, bad met douche, aparte WC. Gelegen in een voetgangerstraat met aantrekkelijk aanbod: meerdere restaurantjes, bakkers, traiteurs, verse groetenkramen. Supermarktjes dichbij.

nous avons passés un bon séjours malgré la déconvenue du nettoyage.
Pros:

emplacement sympa, dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants / boulangerie et petit supermarché non loin.
coin calme.

Cons:

manque de propreté ( oreillers avec salissures/ sol pas trés propre et salle de bain avec quelques cheveux.

A true sense of Paris!
Pros:

Loved the street it was on. Fantastic location and very close to major tourist attractions. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We travelling 18 hours to get to paris and on request we were accomodated earlier than the check in time.

Perfect Parisian stay
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at Cadet Residence. The staff were accommodating and welcoming on our arrival, even though we arrived well before check in time / opening time. The room was comfortable and much bigger than expected for European sized rooms. The location is excellent, right next to a metro, several bakeries and stores. We would also like to especially thank the staff for helping us locate my husband's phone when it was left behind at the hotel when we left, and keeping it safe as well as being very open with communications regarding picking it back up.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay.

Very pleasant stay, perfect location!
Pros:

Great location, close to so many bakeries and bistros and shops
Very easy to walk to many Paris attractions
Our apartment was spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed


The hotel concierge/manager was very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Cons:

We really liked everything about the property.

I slept on one of the twin beds; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable

One morning, I did see a homeless man in the courtyard urinating against the wall
