Very pleasant stay, perfect location!
Pros:

Great location, close to so many bakeries and bistros and shops
Very easy to walk to many Paris attractions
Our apartment was spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed


The hotel concierge/manager was very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Cons:

We really liked everything about the property.

I slept on one of the twin beds; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable

One morning, I did see a homeless man in the courtyard urinating against the wall

Pros:

Tout le personnel super sympa et a l'écoute. L'établissement est bien situé avec accès au parking. L'appartement super propre et confortable. Tout étais top. Je recommande ! Merci !!

Pros:

L’emplacement: La rue Cadet est magique, avec ses restaurants et ses commerces. Le soir on a l’impression de traverser un studio de cinéma.
Le calme: ma spacieuse chambre était en cour intérieure. Très agréable après une grosse journée de travail.

Not as expected
Pros:

The room is spacious and has some newer furniture. The bathroom is also quite new.
The location is very good.

Cons:

The cleaning is very poor. Spiders web all over the ceiling and windows, stains on the walls and doors, mold just outside the entrance door(the smell was entering the room), rust on the windows.
We were given a room (ground floor) that is not inside the hotel, but in an annex right next to it. This was not specified when I made the reservation. The hotel seemed more renovated than this annex.
When we arrived the room temperature was set at 18 degrees, while outside there were 15 degrees.
The person at the reception (which is in the hotel not the annex) didn't even bother to help me with the luggage, while I was struggling to get 3 traveling bags thru the annex door. I wasn't expecting for him to carry them, but only to help me to get them thru the door of the annex.
The doors in the apartment are old and only painted over.
The entrance door had a sort of a improvised door mat underneath (which was deteriorated) probably to keep the cold out, but didn't stop the mold smell. Not suitable for a 4 star hotel.
The view from the room si partially nice, as you can see some barrels, a rat trap and some old building materials.
The staircase of the annex is right next to the entrance door of the apartment and you can hear anyone the goes up the stairs.

Gerne wieder das Apartement Nr. 11.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Unser Apartment war für 2 Personen außergewöhnlich groß. Es gab Schlafmögluchkeiten für 5 bis 6 Personen. Das erwartet man nicht in Paris. Wir hatten wohl viel Glück ; -)
