Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

- Sauber
- wundervolle Aussicht
- Buffet (Frühstück und am Abend): gewisse Speisen mässig gut (z.B.: Fleisch verkocht), aber die Auswahl ist riesig
- Unterhaltung am Tag und am Abend (Erika war extrem nett, wir genossen die Aktivitäten & Gespräche mit ihr)
- Rücksichtsvolles Personal
- Massage war gut
- Das erste Zimmer roch ganz komisch und wir konnten ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln

Cons:

- Infrastruktur veraltet und teilweise nicht mehr schön (Renovierung wäre dringend notwendig)
- SPA-Bereich sehr klein und komische / enge Atmosphäre
- Liegestühle sind extrem schmutzig und wurden nie geputzt. Badetücher teilweise etwas verfärbt.
- Wir haben eine Sunset-Katamaran (inkl. Transfer) über das Hotel gebucht. Wir wollten einen kleinen Katamaran mit wenig Touristen und den Sunset sehen. Sie buchten uns eine Tour mit ca. 70 Personen an Board und den Sonnenuntergang sahen wir vom Hafen aus. Wir hatten Spass auf der Tour, aber würden es nie wieder buchen! Die Beratung war extrem schlecht.
- Gemälde teilweise sehr schön, gewisse Bilder sind aber auch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig

Pros:

Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Na kolację każdego dnia inny rodzaj kuchni m.in. włoska, fast-food - chociaż można też oczekiwać takich samych stałych dań np. dla dzieci. Posiłki bardzo smaczne.
Hotel posiada przy basenie dodatkowy bar gdzie można zakupić napoje alkoholowe i bez. Dodatkowy plus to dobra lokalizacja - autobus do centrum odjeżdża spod wejścia do hotelu.

Wolne łącze internetowe, ale stabilne.

The location, its spacious interior, and outside not over looked , fantastic views, comfortable beds , breakfast is amazing the choices are second to none , the staff so helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Nous tenons néanmoins à souligner les aspects positifs : le buffet était très bon, la piscine était agréable et certains membres du personnel étaient réellement aimables et serviables, notamment la réceptionniste qui a fait son possible pour que nous puissions avoir notre chambre un peu plus tôt à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour dans cet établissement, dont les prestations et la gestion des problèmes rencontrés ne correspondent clairement pas, selon nous, au niveau attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été mitigé. Une des réceptionnistes s’est montrée très aimable, professionnelle et serviable, tandis qu’une autre était malheureusement beaucoup moins accueillante. Nous étions arrivés un peu en avance avec notre bébé de quelques mois. La réceptionniste la plus aimable a fait le nécessaire pour nous aider et, grâce à elle, nous avons finalement pu avoir notre chambre environ 30 minutes plus tôt que prévu, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Le problème le plus important concernait cependant notre chambre. Dès le premier jour, la douche était complètement bouchée, au point qu’il était impossible de l’utiliser normalement. Nous avons immédiatement contacté la réception et la seule réponse qui nous a été donnée était qu’il fallait attendre le lendemain pour qu’une intervention puisse avoir lieu.

Nous considérons cela comme particulièrement problématique. Nous étions en vacances, il faisait chaud et nous voyagions avec un bébé de quelques mois. Il nous paraît difficilement acceptable qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles laisse ses clients sans possibilité de prendre correctement une douche jusqu’au lendemain, sans proposer immédiatement une autre solution.

Nous avons également constaté des problèmes importants d’humidité, notamment dans la salle de bain de notre chambre ainsi que dans certains espaces de l’établissement. Avec un bébé, ce type de problème est particulièrement préoccupant.

Le lendemain, mon conjoint a de nouveau contacté la réception afin de demander un changement de chambre. On lui a d’abord affirmé qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible, alors qu’un membre du personnel nous avait indiqué la veille qu’un changement pourrait être effectué.
