Pros:

Dejligt sted med den skønneste udsigt udover havet. Lækkert og rent pool område. God snackbar og hyggelig stemning. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale, på den gode naturlige måde. Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet. Området er meget roligt, og ikke særligt turistet i april måned. Bussen til Palma by går lige uden for hotellet. Vi tog bus nr. A11 fra Palma Lufthavn, stod af ved det først busstoppested Bendinat (tager ca. 25 minutter), hvorefter der var ca. 700 meter at gå til hotellet. Alt i alt et dejligt sted for et par dage :)

Cons:

En ting, som jeg synes manglede ved morgenmaden, når det nu er en buffet og mange mennesker skal have noget at spise, så savnede jeg dispensere med håndsprit, man kunne benytte inden man gik ombord i jeres lækre morgenmad.

По прибытию для нас были в номере сладкий бонус.
Отличный завтрак.
Замечательное спа.
Вид из номера.
Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый.
Дополнительное одеяло,и утюг в номер за 5-ть минут после просьбы.
Уборка номера(чисто).
Расположение отеля.
Имеется шикарный бассейн,лежаки и фитнесс центр.
Всё отлично.
Наличие парковки.

Cons:

По прибытию не было банных полотенец.
И после уборки не добавляли чай и кофе,три пакетика на 3 дня на две персоны.Ну соответственно и сахара так же.
Так как было прохладно,нам с сыном нравилось пить чай по вечерам.
Это конечно мелочи и думаю можно легко решить при желании.
И конечно же не комфортно:раковина находиться в комнате.Как-то неудобно и не приятно делать все процедуры,когда другой человек находится рядом,(ещё если и спит)да ещё и отражение в зеркале.Ну и душ без света.И нужно раздеваться в комнате практически на против зеркала.Либо же прям в душе(но вещи могут намокнуть).
Мне с моим 12 летним сыном,было не очень комфортно в этом плане.
Но я позитивно смотрю на это всё и просто посмеялись с сыном.
В целом отель хороший и всё было отлично.

Beautiful location. Visited hotel for ninth time - first time 2012.
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast - all meals are very good.

Cons:

Long pillow in bed not good.
Too much noise from people in the restraurant on grond floor - after closing time. From midtnight til 02:00 one night. No reaction from management!

Pros:

Staff is nice and helpful, very professional.
They have great sea view, nice outdoor pool and facilities. There is a free municipal parking nearby for those who do not want to pay for parking.
It is close enough to Palma but also far enough to have peaceful nights.

Cons:

Some rooms are old and you can smell moisture. They do good job cleaning though, but can't help with old wood furniture that kept the smell.
