Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war super.
Die Hotelanlage war gepflegt.

Cons:

Nach mir hat die Klimanlage nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.
Rasenmäher um 08:00 Uhr war etwas früh.
Der Tisch an der Poolbar war sehr schmutzig.

Bad cleaning, nice pool area, public transportation available
Pros:

Pool area of the hotel is very nice. I decided to book this hotel when I saw the palm trees around the pool. You can also swim in the sea so its another plus. I didn't rent a car and it was very convenient that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. 30 mins or so to the city center or 35/40 mins to the intermodal station where you can take a bus to any part of the island.

Cons:

The room wasn't properly cleaned when I got in. At first I didn't mind but then I saw a nail clipping on the floor and lots of hair in all corners. I notified the front desk and asked for a better cleaning in the morning. Next day the room was supposedly cleaned but the nail piece was still there and the bed wasn't even properly made. I talked to the front desk again. They told me they took notes and they will resend the room service but when I came back in the evening, nothing was changed and no one came in. I fed up and wrote a note, put it on the floor next to the nail and that's when they finally picked it up. So the front desk was basically not helpful at all and they didn't even try to make it up somehow.

Great location and pool.
Pros:

Liked the pool area , really spacious and easy access to sea

Cons:

Restaurant interior is every shade of grey and brown. The view is incredible but the dark corporate feeling restaurant interior is a stark contrast of what it could be.
I also didn’t feel the hotel was particularly family friendly .

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal ist sehr bemüht bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen. Wir haben sofort nach der ersten Nacht die katastrophalen Matratzen reklamiert und diese wurden auch sofort ausgetauscht - es wurde uns auch ein Abendessen als Entschuldigung angeboten. Der Poolbereich ist ganz schön

Cons:

Wir haben um Mitternacht eingecheckt - aber trotz pre-checkin dauerte dieser Vorgang eine knappe Stunde. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekamen wir doch noch etwas Wasser zum Trinken, denn die Bar hatte schon zu. Die Matratzen im Zimmer waren durchgelegen, die WC-Spülung rann die ganze erste Nacht.
Außerdem sind die Zimmer extremst hellhörig - man hört alle Nachbarn.
Bezüglich Sauberkeit waren wir auch enttäuscht (kleinere Müllreste von den Gästen davor im Zimmer, Spinnweben an den Säulen im Gym, Zugang zum Meer auch nicht sehr einladend...)

The pool area was nice also the fact you could go for an ocean swim straight from the pool area was great.

The service at this hotel was properly the worst I have experienced in my life.
Servers were super rude, the spa was 80% out of order and filthy(hair in the pool at 10:15am, breakfast buffet was inedible and the coffee machines taste like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. It was groos!!
