Comfortable stay for three nights with a small child
Pros:

Beautiful views, very good food selection for breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking availble on site.

There is also a small private beach, which is ideal if you are travelling with kids. We only stayed for 3 nights and stay was very pleasant. Also, on Friday evening there happened to be a Circus entertainment which children really enjoyed.

The cleaning was exceptional and the cleaning lady left a soft cuddle toy for the child, a very unexpected surprise.

Location, the hotel has two pool and access to the sea, beautiful bar and restaurant, very good breakfast. And has private parking.

Cons:

Staff not pleasant in pool restaurant and very slow. Very hard to get service to the table for drinks and bills etc.
No service directly to loungers.
Bathrooms not being in a private room was a shock. Room felt very small because of it.

Pros:

Lokacija je odlična... Blizu glavnega mesta, odlična lokacija za dnevne izlete po otoku. Tudi golf igrišče je le 5 min odaljen od hotela.

Preskupo za ono što nudi. Preko Booking-a cijena 100 eura viša po danu nego da direktno rezervirate. Uglavnom hotel više sliči na masovnu menzu i spavaonicu nego na hotel.

La ubicación y el personal del hotel.
Mi felicitación a Lesly, Omar, Javi y Valentina (de la recepción). A los estupendos profesionales Castro y Rogelio y Zaeer (del restaurante de la piscina), a María del Spa (los mejores masajes), a Manuel (que hace las mejores tortillas) y a Eddie y Sergio (que con su sonrisa en los desayunos, te alegran la mañana) y por supuesto al gran Capi de las piscina (gran profesional y con una capacidad de trabajo asombrosa). Muchas gracias a todos

Établissement sur noté ( mérite un 7 pour le rapport qualité prix)
Pros:

La localisation Illetes
Le petit déjeuner et la vue du restaurant

Cons:

La chambre au deuxième étage ( vue mer en se penchant sur le balcon)qui a besoin d’un rafraîchissement.
La piscine intérieure, spa, surchauffée, étouffante dont l’accès est permis aux nourrissons.
La salle de bain, pas du tout pratique, le lavabo dans l’entrée et deux petites cabines pour le toilette et la douche.
Le repas du soir trop cher et digne d’une cafeteria.
L’accès en bus depuis l’aéroport,l’arrêt est loin de l’hôtel, alors qu’il est précisé que l’arrêt de bus est devant l’hôtel…taxi obligatoire.
