I felt spoilt and relaxed. Really lovely hotel.
Pros:

Very welcoming personnel. Gorgeous views. Lovely ambiance. Great breakfast. Nice spa. Clean room with macarons. I loved it.

Cons:

One night it was a bit noisy, that's all.

Páčilo sa nám pohľad na more a bazén

Cons:

Izba bola celkom v pohode na to že tam bol zápach z kanalizácie. Bolo tam veľmi horúco v izbe keďže sme boli na 9 Poschodie. Klimatizácia nefungovala vôbec.

Pros:

Ett fint hotell i lugnt och vackert område. Frukosten var utmärkt, det fanns allt och allt var mycket gott, kaffet var gott också. Buss nr 4 går framför hotellet, lätt att ta sig till Palma.

Un super sejour! Hotel que je recommande sans hesite
Pros:

Petit dejeuner tres complet avec meme un coin de specialites de Majorque. Tres accueillant et attentionne a l’arrive comme au depart(un verre d’accueil et cava, petites bouteils d’eau) .Spa& wellness apprecie. On a eu le calme comme souhaite, bus face a l’entree pour aller a Palma assez pratique. Superbe vue depuis la chambre sur la magnifique piscine et la mer.Bar avec chanteur/se ou musique en soiree que nous avons beaucoup aime. Des petits restos pour manger simple a quelques arret de l’hotel ou on peut s’y rendre a pied.

A Beautiful Property with Excellent Staff
Pros:

We were in room 527 and we absolutely loved it. It’s so lovely to have a small sofa in the room facing the sea where we can enjoy a glass of wine and some tapas when it’s too cold to be on the terrace. The view from both places is divine, and we appreciate the serenity and privacy of this side of the hotel. We also really like the configuration of the bathroom. Having a walk-in shower and a bathtub is very luxurious and the space has been very cleverly designed. The closet, too, is superb. We have never stayed anywhere that has had ten hangers per person and it is such a treat! Thank you so much for this generosity and consideration. I am also a huge fan of the little stool for the dressing table area, where I sit to apply my makeup and style my hair. Whoever thought of this should be commended. It’s such a small thing, but it adds so much value to the experience of staying here.

Second, the staff: Desiree is such a gem. I have had such wonderful interactions with her, and as we both work with tourists, we have talked at length about all the languages she speaks, her business education, and her additional training in the management of food allergy prevention. She is extremely impressive and I hope the company knows and appreciates how much value she adds to this resort and to the Olivia Hotels brand. I’d also like to mention Valentin, Diego, Valentina, Eric, Mariia, both Marias at the spa, and the charming blond bartender whose name I have misplaced. They are all smart, friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Congratulations on this excellent team.

Cons:

A glass door between the toilet and the rest of the room is diabolical and a real romance-killer.
