Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Frühstück, sehr freundlichem Service und nur etwas
Pros:

Wir hatten zunächst nur mit Frühstück gebucht und das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Es fehlt an nichts, die Auswahl ist sehr groß und qualitativ wirklich top.
Das Mittagessen im Restaurant unten hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Geschmacklich sehr gut, ordentliche Portionen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen waren wir dagegen etwas enttäuscht. Wir haben sowohl das Buffet als auch das Restaurant ausprobiert. Beim Buffet war zwar viel Auswahl vorhanden, geschmacklich hat es uns aber leider nicht überzeugt. Besonders die Fleischgerichte waren für unseren Geschmack eher trocken bzw. nicht besonders gelungen.
Im Restaurant ist die Auswahl am Abend im Vergleich zur Mittagskarte leider sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt im Grunde nur wenige, eher kleine Gerichte. Die Preise sind dafür recht hoch und die Portionen teilweise so klein, dass man fast eine zweite Portion bestellen muss, um wirklich satt zu werden. Das erinnert eher an ein Michelin-Restaurant, allerdings ohne die entsprechende Auswahl. Hier sehen wir auf jeden Fall noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
Ansonsten möchten wir ausdrücklich erwähnen, dass sämtliche Kellner und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend waren.

It is ok. With some small mistakes
Pros:

Good breakfast! Very wide selection. The adults only pool is super.

Cons:

The frontdesk service is extremely slow. Always like 6-7 people waiting and it takes time. A lot of it!
The grill next to outdoor restaurant is not nice. You have to eat in a smoke.

Super lokalizacja, opcja HB-bardzo dobre jedzenie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, każdy coś dobrego znajdzie dla siebie, bardzo urozmaicone śniadania i obiady tematyczne. Przy basenach jest drink bar i druga restauracja. Bardzo miła obsługa. Hotel wbudowany w klif więc wszystkie pokoje są z widokiem na morze. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Przy basenach są prysznice. Jeśli ktoś ma wieczorny lot można zostawić bagaże i korzystać z plażowania. Przed wyjazdem można wziąść prysznic (bez dodatkowej opłaty). Polecam

Better than expected.
Pros:

Location better than expected. Enabled enjoyment of sea swimming alongside pool. Also close to the City and therefore easy to access. Felt we had a City break alongside a beach stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. The one very small comment would be that at busy time i.e going to breakfast the lift was very slow. Quicker to take the stairs if you were able to.

Mi casa en Mallorca
Pros:

Visito el hotel hace muchos años y lo que más me gusta es la ubicación pero sobre todo, el personal. Tengo que felicitar a Lesly de recepción por su amabilidad y eficacia así como a Omar, Valentina, Javier, Axier... y por supuesto a José Castro, Rogelio, Eddie (el cubano más simpático) y Manuel (las mejores tortillas) y al gran Capi y la bella Valentina (de la piscina). No me quiero olvidar de Carmen (cordobesa y amabilísima) del servio de limpieza de la habitación. Además si quieres un buen masaje, pregunta por María que es excepcional profesional y muy agradable. En fin, "es mi casa en Mallorca". Gracias por todo

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner avec pleins de choix et très bon !
La piscine est bien il y a pleins de transats et la salle de sport pas mal aussi.

Pros:

L'emplacement

Cons:

Porte des toilettes ne fermait pas, portes salle de bain et toilettes vitrées, manque d'intimité. La salle de bain dans l'entrée de la chambre niveau hygiène à revoir car on rentre avec ses chaussures dans une entrée qui est en réalité la salle de bain.
