Pros:

Good value ana comfortable room. The team leader was very helpful in providing advice and information on booking the bullet train. Thank to her. All information was perfect.

Cons:

I was allocated a smoking room. This must be a default on book.com as I don't smoke and I didn't see that option when booking. Other than that I enjoyed the stay as I had traveled directly from Australia and was totally tired out.

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja hotelu, stacja metra położona po drugiej stronie ulicy. Hotel czysty, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dostępna usługa transferu bagaży pomiędzy hotelami w innych miastach. Moja ocena 8.5/10.

Cons:

Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to bardzo mały pokój - ponieważ jednak jest to standard w Japonii (no chyba, że ktoś korzysta z apartamentów w luksusowych hoteli, to w takoch hotelach będzie miał tyle przestrzeni ile chce) to nie pozostaje nic innego jak po prostu się do tego przyzwyczaić.
