Great dog friendly hotel
Pros:

Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from.

The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart.
The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

Check in war eine Katastrophe. Obwohl zwei Zimmer gebucht, war die Dame an der Rezeption der Meinung, nur ein Zimmer wäre gebucht. Erst nach mehrmaligem Vorzeigen der Buchungsunterlagen, bekamen wir das zweite Zimmer. Also immer Buchungsunterlagen dabei haben!
Zimmer und Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen, müssten dringend modernisiert werden. Aber ansonsten ist es sehr urig, gerade im Restaurant. Man muss aber wissen, dass gefühlt jeder Gast mit einem Hund da ist. Muss man mögen, wenn man im Restaurant ist und man das Gefühl hat, man wäre im Zoo.

The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). There was a problem with my reservation and both Orbitz and the Hotel blamed each other. It took 5h hours of my weekend trip and 6 agents (yes, 6) to fix this. Disappointing. Orbitz and Mercure need to review their reservation systems. The hotel needs to fix the ceiling in the dinning room. Unacceptable, in a hotel that costs (in Poland) near $100 a night.

Winter break in Karpasz
Pros:

Good location to town centre, small beginner slope and ski school across the road. Common areas are recently refurbished, children playroom and swimming pool were excellent. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable enough. Spa treatments were very good and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay !

W sam raz na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Obiekt ma już swoje lata co widać gołym okiem. Pokój i łazienka ok chociaż mały remont i odświeżenie by się przydało. Lobby i bar odnowiona. Fajna sala zabaw dla dzieci. Restauracja czynna od 13 wiec jeśli która chce się napić kawy z jakimś deserem to niestety przekąski dopiero od 13. Obsługa miła i kompetentna.

Net buiten het centrum, vnl winkelstraat. 10 minuten lopen of zoals voor ons: 5 minuten fietsen. Een fraai hotel dat voor ons 2 eigenlijk perfect was. Een prima punt om je wandeltocht(en) mee te beginnen. Er begint er zelfs 1 recht tegenover het hotel!. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen mochten we hier ooit weer naartoe gaan.

Hotel czysty, zadbany, blisko centrum. Obsługa uśmiechnięta, pomocna, z pewnością stanowi duży walor hotelu.
Pokoje wygodne i czyste, aczkolwiek nie były sprzątane podczas pobytu.
Hotel wydaje się być bezpiecznym miejscem do spędzania urlopu w czasach pandemii, w wielu miejscach można znaleźć płyny do dezynfekcji, obsługa nosi maseczki, z pokoju zabaw wyniesione zostały zabawki, które ciężko szybko oczyścić, wszędzie oznaczenie dotyczące zachowania ostrożności - dla zapominalskich. Polecam, jeśli ktoś się wybiera do Karpacza, bo nawet w deszczową pogodę można doskonale odpocząć w hotelu.

Nicht weit vom Ortskern entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück gut, beim
Abendessen sich 2 x vergewissern das man auch richtig verstanden wurde. Betten etwas zu weich für mich aber Zimmer sauber und OK. Leider nur ZDF zu empfangen.
