Das Hotel und die Lage sind okay. Man muß für Essen/Trinken flexibel sein und nach Sarnico fahren
Pros:

Das Frühstück war normal. Es dauerte häufig lange für die erste und zweite Tasse Kaffee.
Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Die Kategorie Hochparterre ist nicht empfehlenswert. Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut
jeden Tag frische Handtücher und 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser. Die Lage am See war schön. Der Pool innen und außen
war okay. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Lärm durch die stark befahrene Strasse, besonders durch Motorräder. Die Speisekarte im Hotel war uninteressant.
Weder typisch italienisch noch thailändisch. Jede Pizzeria hatte bessere Angebote. Ausserhalb der festen Restauranttermine
gab es nichts zu kaufen. Kein Wasser , kein Wein o.ä. Die Bar hatte nur während der abendliche Tischzeit geöffnet.

Pros:

Les piscines sont très agréables (intérieure et extérieure).
La chambre est spacieuse et la vue de sur le lac est un vrai plus.
Le personnel est à nos soins, eau gazeuse fraîche et gratuite ! Un très bon point.

Cons:

Hôtel proche d'une route et chambre pas très bien insonorisée.
Le rapport qualité-prix du restaurant n'est pas bon.
Une cafetière dans la chambre aurait été appréciée.

Die Lage. Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, um abends gemütlich zum Essen zu laifen. Es gobt keinen direktwn Zugang in den See, um baden zu können.

Ottima struttura con buoni servizi, ma con qualche pecca
Pros:

Colazione molto varia e buona.
Struttura grande e accogliente.
Camere ben insonorizzate, grandi e comode.
Parcheggio coperto molto comodo.
Posizione ottima.
Personale molto gentile che cerca di venire incontro ad ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Il ristorante ha prezzi elevati e i piatti sono molto ridotti di quantità e la qualità del cibo thai, non è al livello che mi sarei aspettato.
La struttura benchè abbia la dicitura per disabili, non è completamente così; per andare nella piscina scoperta, ci sono le scale, e in carrozzina o con problemi di deambulazione, è impossibile raggiungerla.
Il bar è gestito molto poco con personale condiviso con il ristorante o la reception e purtroppo il bar vicino la piscina esterna, è aperto solo il weekend, a partire dalle 12:30 circa...
Consiglio di migliorare il servizio bar per dare più comodità a chi vuole consumare cibi e bevande e ci rinuncia per non fare sempre strada e andare in reception.

Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata. Mi sono piaciute le piscine molto tranquille dove poter godersi relax e panorama e il fatto di avere il lungolago proprio davanti. Eccellente la pulizia.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda y además estaba muy limpia. El baño con una ducha muy grande. El desayuno no era demasiado variado pero estaba muy bien. La piscina espectacular, tanto de como de fuera
