Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed signals: several guests praised cleanliness ('propre', 'molto pulita'), but multiple reports of sticky floors, dust under beds and a very dirty room ('muy sucio'), and mattress stains lower this rating.
Service
9.2
Generally excellent: numerous compliments for staff and a standout employee (Imany) for politeness and helpfulness; some isolated reports of cold reception or overwhelmed night staff but overall service is a strong point.
Location
8.5
Positive mentions: convenient location near the motorway and free/secure parking, suitable for drivers and easy access to amenities.
Room Quality
7.6
Comfortable and spacious rooms noted, but issues reported include broken sofa bed, humid/feeling damp rooms, mattress stains, overly cold AC and intermittent TV problems.
Amenities
8.6
Pool and parking praised repeatedly; 24h service and functional facilities are appreciated, supporting a solid amenities score.
Value for Money
8.4
Several guests highlight good value ('Excellent rapport qualité prix') and recommendations to return, indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Limited but positive mentions of breakfast; no significant complaints about food services, so assigned in line with overall rating.
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall positive stays with praise for staff and comfort, but recurring cleanliness and room-issue reports (and safety/alarm incident) temper the final experience score.

Pros:

L’hôtel est moderne et très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et calmes. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : un très large choix était proposé , nous nous sommes régalées!
