The view was amazing
Very clean and great location!!!!
It was great the view was beautiful from our ocean front balcony but the floors really needed mopped the furniture looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years and my couches were so filthy we couldn’t even sit on them without our skin feeling like it was crawling…if they would clean better and stop expecting paying people to sit on couches that are 20 years old plus it would be a decent place to stay

Staff was amazing, and it is the best location. Far enough away from everything and direct access to the beach which is not crowded.
Overall, the place was nice. the rooms need some renovations & updates. we got there and our air was not working, but the man after hours got someone in within an hour. that was handled & we were able to enjoy our room.
being on the ground floor means you here noises from the people in the pool all day, but wasn’t that bad. it was a nice play but needs some updates. it’s right on the beach & away from all the PCB traffic. we would stay again.

This place is run down needs major work.The bed was a Murphy bed furniture so dated looked like ceiling was going to collapse nasty stuff has been painted over but wasn't covered you could still see it went inside right back out to office luckily only lost my deposit definitely do not recommend this place
Affordable stay with plenty of space for longer trips to the area, especially if you want to be away from the busier areas of PCB. We came for a football tournament and the team was staying across the street at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat. Super convenient to walk to! Appreciated that it was dog-friendly and loved that it was right on the beach. Our place was clean enough, but could’ve benefited from a thorough mopping as the floor had what felt was residue from cleaning solution, making it somewhat sticky. Wasn’t a huge issue for us given the value of the stay. The washer and dryer situation was a bit inconvenient as it’s located on second floor breezeways and you have to download an app to use them. There aren’t enough for the property, and one set was not working, so we had to wait for another person to finish using them. This person left their clothes in there for a few hours before I finally removed them so I could dry my load. Also parking is tricky - if you arrive late or too early, you may need to park across the street as there are a limited number of spots. These are all still minor things that I can overlook given the affordability of the property and the size of the space you get compared to some other nearby properties that are beachfront. Pool was nice and the views were beautiful! Could use some updating and minor repairs but I appreciate that this is an old property that has been here for decades. Would stay again!

Great getaway. Friendly staff. Our Villa was missing something important items but with the help of our other guests and staff, we found a way. Place is quiet, low key, relaxing.
The property was as we expected for what we paid..very clean, definitely dated but pictures show this ahead so we were not surprised .The staff was very helpful and super friendly .The beds were very comfy and we had all we needed. Parking was a breeze. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated as stated and it was unusable, way to cold..this would have been a deal breaker had we known ahead of time that the heater was broken as this was an amenity we searched for because of the time of year we were traveling.
Would not recommend. Pictures are deceptive. Room is much smaller than expected. The floor felt greasy, there was sand in the bed, the bed itself was absolutely awful and felt like the springs in the mattress were about to pop out.
Husband and I were traveling with baby and only planned on staying one night, but ended up leaving at 10pm to find a hotel because we were too grossed out by the bed to sleep.
We were supposed to be given a code to get into the lockbox for a key, but for some reason were texted an hour before checkin to inform us our room was ready and they left the door unlocked with the key on the table. So when we packed up to leave at 10pm, had no way to put the key in the lock box as instructed for check out. We ended up finding an open Dropbox by the office door that we dropped our key in.
When we finally got response the following morning, it was "Okay.." I would've expected maybe just a simple inquiry if everything was okay and what caused us to leave. Not impressed with anything about this experience.
Great accommodations, close to great breakfast spot, and close to Pier Park
