קודם כל הייחס ב לובי לא אהבתה אותו לא מתייחסים לאורח כמו שצריך למשל אני בקשתה עם מרפסת נתנו לי חדר עם חלון עוד פעם ידרתה על מנת שיתנו לי עם מרפסת כי אני אדם מעשיו אני הלכתה כדי לנוח אבל לצערי היה ההפך כל כי כל פעם רוצה לעשן הייתה צריך לרדת למטה
והיה גם כן בעייה במוכנת הקפה בחדר צלצלתה הרבה פעמים ודברתה עד שהם באו אני לצערי אם השירות כך היה אני לא אחזור חאותו מקום ולא אמליץ

חניה.. חניה.. חניה ..! כדי לוותר על קומה במלון ולסדר חניה ללקוחות שלה שלמנו הרבה כסף לעירייה בשביל לחנות את האוטו ובקבלה לא ציינו שום דבר בקשר להנחה בחניון הרגשנו מנוצלים .
מיקום מנצח על שפת היים והטיילת, צוות המלון אדיב ונחמד, חדרים נקיים ומאובזרים, חדר אוכל ברמה גבוהה בהחלט נחזור שוב ממליץ בחום רב.
