חדר מרווח נקי ומצויד כמצופה. לדברי הקבלה שודרגנו.
ארוחת בוקר מספקת ומגוונת, שרות טוב של המלצרים.
מיקום טוב ממש ליד הים.
חדר כושר טוב. בריכה בסדר, למרות שהיא קורה, ובחוץ קצת מוזנח.

אין שום שילוט המכוון לחנייה הפנימית של המלון, וגם הגישה לדלת הכניסה של המלון לא משולטת ולא ברורה, היה צריך לשאול אנשים ולעשות סיבובים. הרחבה בחזית והשביל המונגש מוכתמים ולא נקיים.
מעליות איטיות, מחכים הרבה.
נקיון החדר - לא אמרו שחובה להשאיר פתק על הדלת או אור מיוחד, וכך למעשה לא ניקו לנו את החדר, והיה צריך להתווכח עם מחלקת נקיון כדי לקבל שרות בסוף היום. לא נעים.
יציאה וכניסה ישירות מהמלון לחוף מוגבלת בשעות, רוב הזמן לא זכינו להשתמש בה.
אזור הקפה בחדר האוכל מאורגן לא טוב, תור גדול כל הזמן, צפוף ואיטי. יש רק תחנה אחת כזו בכל חדר האוכל, לא מספיק.

צוות המלון נעים, מכבד - כולם כולל כולם מסבירי פנים
במיוחד מירי- שדאגה לנו תמיד, היה לה חשוב שנרגיש מרוצים .
ארוחת בוקר טעימה מאוד, מגוון רחב, טרי ונקי .
ממליץ מאוד

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea that was renovated

Cons:

Parts of the hotel were old and falling apart. It was the end of the summer, so there were 1 million million kids. No place for adults to sit by the pool without looking at falling apart things in the building. Every view to the outdoors, unless you were looking exactly at the water was old and rundown.

ליאור קיבל אותנו באדיבות רבה בקבלה ומשם המסע התחיל לחדר סוויטה ירח דבש מרווח עם נוף מושלם האוכל בחדר האוכל היה מעולה גם בערב וגם בבוקר !!! הבריכה והמתקנים היו מעולים !!! תודה רבה גם לאדיבות ולשירות של ריטה ונטלי מהקבלה !!!
