Fomos mal atendidos pela equipe que cuidava do bar na região da piscina. Fomos cobrados a pagar a conta sem nós pedirmos. Parecia que estavam desconfiados de um casal de idosos não pagar a conta na piscina.

For a short stay in Manaus.

We liked the rooms that were spotlessly clean and quite comfortable.
Tasty breakfasts.

Cons:

The hotel is located far from the centre of Manaus, in an industrial zone. We needed a taxi each time we needed to leave it.
Only some members of staff speak English. Quite often it was impossible to get any basic information.
No welcome bottle of water, no water dispenser in a hotel in tropical climate is a big disadvantage. In a neigboring Ibis hotel guests have free access to water dispenser all the time.
