Pros:

Rooms were beautiful, clean and very conveniently located. The staff were so lovely and the food at the Island was great.

Cons:

No available parking for vehicle over 2.2m, had to park on street and pay for parking hourly for entire stay.

Loved the location. Near to alot of things plenty to do!!!

Cons:

Finding it was pretty hard for us - crossing the tram tracks would have been handy to know before hand

Staff were excellent, it was quick check-in and out process, room was tidy, but room had a breeze which made it too cold
Pros:

All staff were incredibly nice, easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

It was confusing getting into the parking lot, there was a window behind the mirror in the bathroom which seemed to be open as I could see light at felt a breeze. Closing the bathroom door didnt help the cold air getting in so had to sleep with the heater on the entire night, but even still I was cold.

The staff were friendly and it was clean.

Cons:

The main door banged all night with air pressure changes from outside. Wedging it did not help and it was a rough night. There is no double glazing or bad sound proofing and the street noise was very very loud.

Cons:

The noise from the streets. I also do not like access to balconies in fear of a possible accident. I moved the outdoor furniture inside the room to avoid climbing .
