The staff were not very accommodating with the parking situation I had just had surgery and they asked me to park quite far away and it cost me a lot to park there. Was a bit disappointing.

The facilities were fantastic. The hotel is central to everything and in walking distance. Loved the room layout and furnishings. Also the restaurant and the staff everywhere were friendly and professional
The NOISE!! There is pretty much a nightclub within the property and it was so noisy that I had to setup my bed in the bathroom both nights I stayed. I kid you not I slept in the bathroom! If you are a light sleeper like I am I would reconsider booking here.
The hotel was built ~45 years ago so is naturally dated with the windows being one example and small balconies another. Yet everything worked and the apartment a really good size of 5 people. The view was amazing and the beach couldn't be closer.
Nothing, the location is inbetween Surfers and Broadbeach meaning that local facilities were limited but that didnt trouble us. there is a good bus service at the end of the street.
