Position and very clean rooms
Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice
Cold shower. No where to put soap etc in shower. Pillows to hard and too bulky.
Property was central. Included breakfast was reasonable. Dinner was great. Food and staff were very friendly. Great decor in the lobby.
No refrigerator. Kettle did not work. Asking RM10 for an extra pillow.

Very central. Had parking right at the front. The security guard was so helpful and nice guy.
No Refrigerator. The water jug was broken. The phone did not work. You had to pay for an extra pillow. But they didn’t charge in the end.

Nice decor in reception & coffee bar areas. Breakfast had a lot of local choices but unfortunately the food was just about warm at best
Noisy!!! The most insanely deafening noise from a local band in the street directly under our window which is apparently every Saturday night. Complained & asked to move room but they wouldn’t help. Said they have no control over the car boot & band but I heard that the Elopura is a sponsor!! So loud it wasn’t even possible to talk. Rooms ok as you’d expect for a 3 star property. Town is filthy & smelly
