Great location next to harbour mall and other shops.

The items in the room not properly maintained, iron board broken, telephone not working, and more importantly staff must be warm and welcoming

Pros:

This is my second time staying here, this time with my whole family. I booked 2 rooms and they put us next to each other with accessible door! Very convenient as I was able to monitor my children next door. The location, of course, was great!

Not a great stay but very close to the Sepilok animal sanctuaries so worth staying for that reason.

Für eine Nacht ok. Zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken, Haare im Bad, alles in allem nicht sehr sauber. Personal höflich, aber mässig freundlich.
Frühstücksbuffet zwar gross aber alles Stundenlang vorgekocht….

Perfectly decent hotel
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room that got cleaned early in the morning.

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't fully close and the shower couldn't be switched from rain shower to hand shower as the knob was stuck. Both were minor 'issues' that are easy to ignore. Odd experience: our towels were refreshed even though we left them hanging up per hotel's request in case we didn't need them refreshed.
