Really nice hotel, perfectly met our needs for one night in Sandarkan.
Pros:

The memorabilia was fascinating to look at (but did make me feel old). A really unique addition to the hotel.

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard for me.

Cons:

Ontbijt in een bouwdeel ernaast.
Buffet was regelmatig leeg en niet heel uitgebreid.
Vers fruit was er twee van de zes ochtenden, daarna niet meer.

Elophura offre una ottima colazione . Posizione vicino al porto. Rispetto ad altre aree a pochi minuti a piedi sembra essere in una posizione più tranquilla. Bagno funzionale ma poco moderno

Pros:

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean also stayed here so we could get picked up by our tour for the Kinabatangan river safari (river junkies)

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The room had aircon and a view of the water. Fresh eggs were cooked each morning for breakfast.

Cons:

There was mould around the windows, stains on the towels, a horrible sewerage smell in the bathroom.
I accidentally left my son’s shorts in the room. I was able to collect them the next day and messaged the hotel asking to arrange collection but did not receive a response.
