Comfy beds, two restaurants attached, although I wouldn’t recommend the Luke Skywalker one on the rooftop, the ground floor restaurant was much nicer. Breakfast also included which was helpful
There were large bugs in my bed. A lot of construction noise.
Definitely not worth the price for the quality of the rooms, overpriced.
Right in the middle of town and on the waterfront. Great breakfast.

Location and value for money
No pool
The room had a large bed that was comfortable. The shower was good, with very good water pressure and it was nice and hot. We did only stay one night so can’t really comment on location as we checked in, went to the monkey sanctuary and then left the next morning. A little bit of noise from the street and hotel hallway but nothing too crazy. The light from the hallway is visible in the room at night, and the key card slot flashes blue so if you’re sensitive to light whilst you sleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask. The air con worked well but was a little noisy and we did awake in the night to it leaking. Breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about. A large selection but not the best selection. The egg station was also unmanned during our visit. Supreme Town round the corner is a must for their curry!
Great location & views. Nah next door with waterfront restaurants just steps away. Cool cinema vibe throughout the property.

Didn't expect a lot as it didn't have super high reviews but was a good location for a one night stop over before visiting Kinabatangan River.
