Good value for money but a bit tired. The heating in the room wasn’t working and the two replacement heaters they’d left
Pros:

Handy for almost everything in St. Andrews.
Parking is available next to the hotel but it’s not a dedicated car park for hotel customers.
The breakfast is okay but not great.

I wouldn’t go back after our first course no one came back to ask if we wanted pudding !

Cons:

Didn’t get much sleep! Noise like a generator all night . Bathroom wasn’t clean . The run on shower door needs cleaned .

An average hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were helpful. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. Rooms were tired, especially the bathroom. Shower was not very strong and the temperature was very hard to control.
