Les parties communes pas très propres ( l’ascenseur et poubelles de palier pas vidées tous les jours) dommage pour un 4 étoiles !
Personnel aimable, prix négociés avec un parking à proximité, situation géographique.
La salle de bain mérite un peu de maintenance (bas de porte abîmé, absence de cache de VMC)

beautiful hotel in an excellent location. I tried the breakfast, which was very basic, with no service and practically self-service for everything. The cleanliness of the room could be improved a little. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the water dispenser was also good idea.

J'avais demandé une chambre avec vue, mais à mon arrivée le ménage n'y avait pas été fait. J'ai reçu en échange une chambre encore mieux située, le tout avec le sourire. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour visiter à pied, que ce soit la vieille ville, la presqu'île ou la Croix Rousse, se situe à côté du bus C3 depuis la gare TGV, et à 10 min à pied de l'arrêt de métro Hotel de Ville. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très agréable, et la déco minimaliste est reposante et originale.
faible pression d'eau dans la douche au 7ème étage, pas de restauration sur place (quand on rentre fatigué il faut ressortir dîner, mais l'offre ne manque pas dans les environs), la terrasse était exceptionnellement fermée le dimanche de mon séjour.

Les rideaux étaient déchirés. La chambre était petite tout comme le lit. La prestation n’était pas à la hauteur du prix. La porte était à moitié bloquée. C’était très basique, pas très charmant.
