Das Personal des tollen Frühstückbuffet, Francesco & Allesandra, war ausserorde freundlich und zuvorkommen. Merci den beiden.

Perfect location, lovely 24-hour staff who speak English too.
Pros:

Excellent location, great staff, air conditioned bedroom and parking available. Ticked all the boxes.

Cons:

The black paint on the lift walls was a bit dour and white patches show through every time someone knocks it! but hey, a minor issue. Didn't affect the comfort of the stay. The place is a bit basic but is kooky and comfortalbe. Location was good as it was in the Vieux-Lyon ancient section just at the start of the Rue Saint-Jean. A lot of the traboules are in this street, and many many cafes and interesting shops.

Pros:

Staff very helpfull and freindly. The location is perfect for visiting Lyon, just fall out of the door, and you are in the center.
