Cons:

La réservation par booking.
Il y avait l'option changement de date, mais ils n'ont pas voulu rentrer en matière.
Motif du refus: plus de place, alors que sur le site et en réservant par téléphone, il y avait encore des places.
C'est limite de l'arnaque...
Heureusement que je suis tombé sur une directrice de l'hôtel Mercure super sympa qui m'a offert un avoir sur une prochaine réservation.
J'ai quand même perdu la moitié du montant de ma réservation.

Pros:

Le confort, la décoration de la chambre. La sensation d'espace.

Cons:

Le manque de rideau aux fenêtres de la kitchenette qui donnent directement sur le lit. Manque d'une petite table ave chaises pour pouvoir manger dans cet "appartement" hôtel.

Pros:

Le personnel au top, il y avait un employé qui m’a accueilli avec un service exceptionnel.
Ce jeune homme s’est impliqué à la recherche de mon téléphone que j’avais puni dans le uber qui m’a déposé à cet hôtel. Il a su adapté un service client irréprochable.
J’ai appelé sa directrice qui m’a indiquée qu’il était alternant vraiment j’espère qu’ils garderont cette personne.

Bel emplacement, dimensions adéquat.
Très accessible.

Cons:

Travaux en cours dans l'immeuble, 3 jours pour résoudre un problème de télévision. Canalisation obstruée. Manquait des ampoules dans l'appartement. Travaux dans les étages inférieur et attente longues de l'ascenseur.
