L'emplacement.

Cons:

Personnel jeune, inexpérimenté et absolument pas chaleureux. Accueil froid et austère. 3eme couchage juste en face du lit double. Les photos donnaient l'impression d'une séparation entre la chambre et la pièce principale avec le convertible. Une théière sans sachets de thé, même pas une bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo. Décevant !

Fijne locatie met parking
Pros:

Rustige locatie, dicht bij metro. Propere ruime kamers.

Cons:

Apartementje geboekt, maar dit had technische problemen. Daardoor kregen we 2 gewone kamers. Zetelbed was niet opgemaakt en er waren geen lakens aanwezig. De compensatie voor 'geen appartement' was toegang tot het zwembad maar die was heel erg klein en overvol.
2x naar receptie moeten gaan wegens niet werkende batch sleutel.
Koffie op kamer was waterkoker en zakje oploskoffie.

Manque de service et de professionnalisme du personnel . Attente interminable pour les chckin et check outils (1h30 pour obtenir sa clé, déplorable).
Le réceptionniste dit qu'il accepte les chèques vacances et finalement est incapable de les accepter parcequils st dématérialisés, c'est lamentable.

Goede locatie met supermarkt en eetgelegenheden. 5 min minuten van het metrostation waardoor je zo in het centrum van Parijs bent. Schone kamer, comfortabel en groot balkon. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

Er was van te voren niet aangegeven dat er borg betaald moest worden. Dit kan naar mijn idee duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden.
