We stayed at the Relais Paradiso for four nights in June whilst celebrating my partner’s birthday.
The hotel is beautifully modern and very comfortable. We stayed in room 110, it has beautiful views and a spacious balcony. The indoor bath is perfect for a cool bath on a hot day! The shower is also good, with decent water pressure.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The highlight of the restaurant is definitely the beautiful view.
For one night we asked to upgrade to the paradiso suite, the staff confirmed it was available and accepted our request. The room is beautifully appointed with a deep indoor bath and the quirky feature of a revolving bed! The shallow pool on the ample outdoor space is ideal to sit in as you enjoy the Amalfi coast sun. We did not want to leave the room!
Overall our stay was made by perfect and personalised by the staff, Conny, Carmelo and Rosario on reception - they were very helpful and made good suggestions of things to visit nearby.
Anna, Ronan, Mauro and Michele (Robert de Niro lookalike), Ester and Carmen all made our stay exceptional!

Es war alles perfekt! Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend, das Hotel sehr sauber, der Sekt bei der Ankunft war eine nette Überraschung!

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questa magnifica struttura.Siamo innamoratissimi delle camere soprattutto della suite!Le piscine private sono la chicca di questa struttura.
Il personale è meraviglioso 🤩 La signora Connie è gentilissima come Giuseppe e tutti gli altri.
La piscina dell hotel è meravigliosa con una vista mozzafiato sulla Marina di Vietri.Il bagnino è gentilissimo e simpaticissimo ❤️
Amo tutto di questa struttura!Si mangia anche molto bene.ah dimenticavo!La pulizia impeccabile!
Torneremo molto presto!Ormai è il nostro posto del cuore..

Tutto perfetto, al di là delle mie aspettative. Personale veramente cordiale e disponibile, di una gentilezza ed educazione rara. Struttura di livello premium, con servizi che accompagnano l'ospite in un soggiorno unico.
Molto vicina al centro e a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiaggia.
Da tornarci sicuramente per una fuga dal caos quotidiano.
Ancora grazie a tutto il personale per averci coccolato e fatto sentire "importanti".

Struttura meravigliosa, ogni cosa al posto giusto, nulla lasciato al caso, dettagli che fanno la differenza! L’atmosfera è magica e rilassante! Un posto in cui hai voglia di tornare per rilassarti dopo una giornata alla scoperta della costiera! Staff gentile, discreto e preparato!

Soggiorno splendido in una struttura davvero meravigliosa, con una vista sul mare semplicemente incantevole. La camera, elegante e curata, con vasca idromassaggio privata sul balcone vista mare, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale.
Un plauso a tutto lo staff per l’attenzione, la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità dimostrata durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare al direttore, Carmelo, sempre presente e attento: prima di salutarci ci ha persino omaggiato di un piccolo cadeau, gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.

We had a pleasant stay there. We liked the amazing sea vue, the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We really recommend this hotel!

Wir waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen.

Wer den Standard eines deutschen 5-Sterne-Hotels erwartet, wird vielleicht merken, dass das Hotel eher auf einem sehr guten 4-Sterne-Niveau liegt. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört, weil es hier an nichts gefehlt hat.

Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aussicht. Vom Hotel aus blickt man direkt aufs Meer und die Küste – gerade morgens und abends wirklich schön.

Auch das Parken war unkompliziert. Man kann direkt vorfahren und das Gepäck ausladen. Danach bleibt das Auto entweder dort stehen oder wird vom Personal in die Garage gefahren.

Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und ist groß genug, dass man auch mal in Ruhe schwimmen kann. Die Dachterrasse rundherum ist ebenfalls sehr schön und der Ausblick von dort oben ist einfach klasse.

Wir haben außerdem ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, durften später auschecken und wurden noch auf zwei Drinks an der Bar eingeladen. Das sind natürlich keine Selbstverständlichkeiten und hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns hier wirklich wohlgefühlt.

Relais Paradiso was the first stop of our mini-moon, and after a late flight we were greeted with such a warm welcome, including a lovely bottle of bubbles waiting in our room. The exceptional service started from the moment we arrived and continued throughout our stay.

We stayed in the Paradiso Suite. If we’re being completely honest, the room was a little tired in places, particularly the outdoor area. The plunge pool was very shallow, a little dirty, and the jets didn’t appear to be working. It also wasn’t quite as private as we had expected, being overlooked by the main pool and neighbouring rooms.

That said, the incredible level of service more than made up for these shortcomings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The concierge team were outstanding, available via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything and always happy to help. They booked us a wonderful restaurant for our first evening and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay.

Room service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, Relais Paradiso is a friendly, warm and welcoming hotel with service that truly stands out. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Hotel fantastico posizionato in alto, con un panorama sul mare che lascia senza fiato. La struttura è pulita e curata nei dettagli. Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, sempre attento a ogni esigenza e bravissimo nel far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. La colazione è ricca, varia e deliziosa, e poterla fare sulla terrazza vista mare è il modo migliore in assoluto per rilassarsi.
