It was a wonderful Sorrento vacation!
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous!! You couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff was great and always helped us with getting a taxis and anything else we needed. The location was great and only one block from wonderful fresh seafood restaurants!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Good location with very small room
Pros:

The property is at a very good location, right next to beach and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff is polite and friendly too.

Cons:

The room is too small, so small that it did not have enough space for a 25kg capacity trolley to open. It was very very suffocating.

Lovely hotel & best breakfast of our trip.
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel in lovely Sorrento, Italy. It's a very short walk around the corner to the beach and restaraunts. The staff were super helpful including these three ladies and the breakfast was the best we had during our 3 weeks across Italy. The rooms are Italian typical with very small showers and tile floors in the bedroom. We requested twin beds and they were also standard to the all the other twin beds we slept in. The rooftop solarium has a lovely view and the lobby is comfortable. The beach front was pretty to walk along and the main shopping area is a short walk away. We day tripped by ferry to Capri, Positano and Amalfi from Sorrento. From the hotel to get to the ferry you have to walk around the mountain and take an elevator down to the ferry dock. It's not a big deal but it costs 1 Euro each way. Also there's a bus stop near the hotel that you can take to catch the trains or for excursion meetups.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to the beach area. Kinda long walk up the hill to The Market Square area.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. Very good Italian pastries and coffee was all we were looking for, so it was great.

Cons:

Bathroom, especially the shower, like many other hotels in Italy, was very small.

das Frühstück war frisch und tadellos, die Auswahl absolut ausreichend, tolle Croissants, sehr nettes Personal biem Frühstück, ebenso an der REzeption, alle waren sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen; (zB Taxi organisieren, weiters Kleiderhaken im Zimmer ergänzen....)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war hinsichtlich seiner Ausstattung unzureichend, es gab eine Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderhaken und keine Ablageflächen für etwa T-Shirts, Wäsche etc. Wir mussten daher unsere Kleider zum Teil am Boden lagern. WEiters gab es auch keine Haken an der Wand, sodass man auch nichts aufhängen konnte. Hier gehört unserer Ansicht nach jedenfalls ein Schrank bzw Ablageflächen ergänzt. Auch ein paar Haken an der Wand wären sehr einfach zu ergänzen. Die Dusche war nicht barrierefrei (eine Stufe von sicher 15 cm musste überwunden werden) und sie war extrem klein (so wurde vor 40 Jahren gebaut). Das Bad selber war auch so klein, dass man nur nacheinander ins Bad konnte

Great location and a charming hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean, with great and helpful staff. The location is amazing, gorgeous views, away from crowds and by many great restaurants.

Cons:

All night loud talking, walking up and down hallways, slamming of the doors - there is zero noise barrier between the rooms and the stairwell, and hallway. It was very hard to sleep.
