Rundum waren wir zufrieden und konnten alles in Ruhe genießen.

Buffet, Frühstück und Abendbrot war super und ausreichend. Lage war super alles war perfekt erreichbar.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, der warme Pool und dessen lange Öffnungszeiten, das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr leckerem Gemüse-Rührei, vielem frischen Obst und Gemüse und einer großen Brötchenauswahl.

Cons:

Die zusätzlichen Gebühren für den Parkplatz. Zudem gab es abends keine Handtücher mehr zur Schwimmbad- und Saunanutzung und morgens erst gegen 8.00 Uhr, obwohl der Pool ab 6.00 geöffnet hat.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN -

Bei höheren Temperaturen gibt es die schöne Sky-Bar, aber in den kalten Monaten fehlt eindeutig eine Bar,
an der man abends mal etwas trinken kann. Es gibt nur einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken zur Selbstbedienung. Das finden wir für so ein großes Hotel ungewöhnlich....

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf Berge, ggü. eines Parks, Hallenbad, tolles Frühstück. Super für Familien.
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung, tolles Frühstück. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vermutlich daher keine Klimaanlage?! Tolle Lage, direkt ggü. eines Parks.

Service für Frühstück und Zimmer

Cons:

Erst extrem schlechtes WLan, dann gar keines. Auch nach 5 Reklamationen gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Angebot für eine andere Örtlichkeit mit Internet. Keine Entschädigung. Nicht einmal ein Anschlag im Lift oder im Foyer.
Eine gebuchte Leitung wird nicht gewährt und nichts passiert! Für mich eine Katastrophe, da ich die Tage in Ruhe für fällige Zahlungen, Geldanlagen, Buchhaltung etc. nutzen wollte. Nicht einmal den weiteren Reiseverlauf konnte ich gestalten.
Ich kann aus Sicherheitsgründen nur mit dem Notebook arbeiten. Dafür stellte man mir nicht einmal eine SIM-Karte zur Verfügung.
Gute Mitarbeiter - unfassbar schlechtes Management!

Pros:

Schwimmbad und Skybar sind einen Besuch wert. Der Ausblick von der Skybar in die Berge ist beeindruckend. Es sind kurze Wege zu Kurpark und Therme. Super.

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, Bad/WC hätte etwas größer und neuer sein dürfen. Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp war es aber in Ordnung.

Pros:

Die Aussicht war toll, Frühstück war richtig gut. Sehr positiv überrascht. Gab alles was man sich für ein Frühstück wünschen kann. Personal war sehr gut. Immer zur Stelle, war nie etwas leer oder hat gefehlt. Immer aufmerksam.

Pool und Sauna waren auch richtig toll.

Der schöne Pool war unser Highlight.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Saunabereich war nicht besonders gut ausgestattet.
Aber Vorteil war, dass die Sauna auf Anfrage jederzeit angeheizt wurde.
