Best place in town.
Pros:

Well equipped hotel, with beautiful view. Great location, very close to the Spa and to the city center. The food is very delicious, and the personal is excellent.

Helt OK frukost! Fint hus, vacker omgivning!

Cons:

Att vi hamnade i anexet!? Framgick inte att det rum vi beställde var så långt ifrån poolen så det tog enot att utnyttja den! Åka hiss, ombytt och med tofflor på hade varit perfekt! Dyr garageplats! Tråkigt att äta (inkl.) frukost och sedan på samma ställe äta dyr buffé på kvällen. Föredrar frukostmatsal och resturangdel!

Service war super- vor allem ein junger Mann namens Justin war einfach der Game-Changer (so stellt man sich Customerservice vor) Spielzimmer für die Kids war nett, das Abendbuffet war toll, könnte aber mehr vegane Optionen vertragen. Pool top (Temperatur war ok). Die Zimmer waren groß genug und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Frühstück und Abendessen sollte mehr vegane Optionen haben. Das Abendbuffet dürfte etwas länger verfügbar sein,. da man sonst immer so eingeschränkt ist bei seinen Aktivitäten tagsüber.

Hotel war gut, sehr ruhig. Lage super. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich
Frühstück und Abend Buffet waren sehr gut. Gefallen hat mir besonders, dass es auch laktosefreie Gerichte gab. Top!
Skybar war gemütlich

Cons:

Parkhausgebühr bezahlen
Teppich in den Zimmern und Gängen waren nicht so gut für meine Allergie.

Unkomplizierter, erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schwimmbad war sehr schön und groß.
Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

4 Sterne superior - kein Bademantel am Zimmer, das Wasser für Tee oder Kaffee musste man leider unter dem Tisch kochen, da das Kabel zu kurz war bzw. die Steckdosen zu weit unten :-)), eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen.
Flügeltüren unterhalb des Tisches hängen, bzw. lassen sich nicht mehr schließen - Scharniere gehören angeschraubt (Zimmer 116).
Grundsätzlich hat das Hotel etwas "Kurheim-Charme", ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das soll keine Kritik sein, sondern eine liebevolle Anregung für Verbesserungen!

Extra cista izba ci uz v rohoch alebo za dverami ci v skrini. Kupelna super vybavena, postele velmi pohodlne (stredne tvrde az tvrde). Ochota personalu nadpriemerna, ranajky bajecne. Bazen a sauna ako ceresnicka na torte.
