So sollte ein Hotel sein - Prima!
Pros:

Es war alles bestens. Nettes Personal, tolle Lage, tolles Gebäude, super sauberes Zimmer/Bad. Kleiner Balkon mit Trockenmöglichkeit für Wäsche, super Betten.

Cons:

der Bau des Pools hat sich wegen den Unwettern verzögert. Wir wurden darüber gut informiert. Da wir den Pool zu dieser Zeit sowieso nicht verwenden wollten, hat sich dies nicht negativ auf unseren Aufenthalt ausgewirkt.

Excellent place and excellent people! It was a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location, the amenities, the room with its adorable balcony, the breakfast, the staff, it was all wonderful. I give it a 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lagos! They even let us store our bags and bring back all our shopping bags to put with them so we could spend our last few hours at the beach. This place is fabulous!!

Excellent stay with good provisions in the room. Highly recommend
Pros:

Provisions in room: tissues, face cloth, fridge, excellent coffee, milk, heating bar for towels, clothing line.
Balcony amazing facing Marina, look of ship with stairs, location so good, beds firm and comfortable
Housekeeper let us back into room for 5 minutes to clean up.

Cons:

Couldn't mail my postcards.

Beware of renovation work
Pros:

Location is good and parking is available close

Cons:

- The hotel is undergoing renovations so do not bother until end of April. Roof top terrace closed.
- Currently only 6 TV channels available all of them in portuguese (apparently because of same renovations). I was told "at least you have a web browser on the TV....". No Chromecast or other means of streaming.
- Extremely slow Wifi (yes I measured it)
- The pedestrian crossing just outside the hotel has a very loud sound for the visually impaired so if you live on first two floors at least bring earplugs.

Been a few times - reliably good.
Pros:

Great continental breakfast buffet with lots of fruit including eggs/bacon etc

Cons:

Roof terrace being renovated during our stay but not a big problem in February otherwise all good.

Lovely Hotel in Great Location.
Pros:

Personable staff and very helpful. Even found me an adaptor for my charger as I had forgotten mine!
Very comfy bed.
Lovely buffet breakfast in bright, airy room. Perfect location, opposite the Marina and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Free parking next door to the hotel (on weekends).

Cons:

Nothing.
