Cómodo pero sucio
Pros:

La ubicación, si bien estaba lejos del centro, alrededor había un montón de negocios y quedaba cómodo para las actividades que queríamos hacer

Cons:

El departamento está viejo y sucio, había tierra dentro de los gabinetes de la cocina, pelos dentro de la bañadera, tierra en uno de los cuartos, se ve que lo limpiaron muy superficialmente. Había dos lamparas en la mesa de luz pero no había enchufes en la pared y así un montón de detalles

It was a roomy apartment. It was walking distance to a lovely bakery, coffee van, pizza shop
Pros:

The location is good, close to the main bus stop in Frankton. Having cooking facilities and a laundry with a dryer was a great bonus. Very roomy. Grea towel heater and floor heating in the bathroom

Cons:

They need bedside lamps on both sides of the bed. Lack of extra pillows and blankets/doona, no spares of any of those things.

These were well-appointed and comfortable apartments - perhaps a little overpriced, but that is Queenstown.

Cons:

WiFi was poor - consistently dropping out or disappearing completely for lengthy periods, despite us sitting about 2m from the router. There was nobody at reception at any stage whilst we were there, so I couldn't query the situation. Given what we experienced, I couldn't recommend this place if connectivity is important to you.
Also, we were there for 4 nights and, despite visiting our room each day whilst we were out, the staff never replenished the coffee/tea/sugar supplies. We were apparently meant to manage with the same amount as someone who stayed 1 night. Simple stuff.

Lovely stay, if a bit overpriced
Pros:

Amazing place, honestly. Great beds, clean, lovely kitchen, working TV, place to park, spacious, great location, etc. Everything one could want.

Cons:

It was a bit too expensive, I think.

Never ever rent this property! Very old property and all comforters were warned out too

property! Old tv, and everything was old and from 1980’s

Not good value for money
Pros:

Easy access and parking if you have a car.

Cons:

The host locked the access to the en suite to force us to use the main bathroom that was upstairs. I presume to save themselves some cleaning. The apartment is a bit tired and for the price you pay it's really not good value for money.
