Disappointing
Pros:

Lots of space for a family. Close to airport and bus station for a quick stop off before the Milford Track.

Cons:

Very poor facilities for a family. Kitchen had hardly any utensils and they were all dirty, tired and old. Staff just walked in unannounced first thing in the morning while we were pretty much undressed. No spare toilet paper etc. incredibly expensive for what it was. We paid half the amount on our return for a gorgeous apartment.

Good location and quiet (except for expected airport take offs and landings.

Cons:

I have yet to receive my Tax Invoice, despite several messages to the venue via Booking.com
Office was never open when I went to enquire.
Tiny car park and nowhere for any visitors to park.

L'emplacement, l'agencement et la surface de l'appartement.

Cons:

La propreté des lieux : énormément de poussière sur les têtes de lit et sous les lits (+ mouchoirs usagés). Une poche avec de la pizza moisie en haut d'un placard de cuisine. Pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle fourni.

Great location, clean and good facilities.
Pros:

Great location close to the airport and great facility for up to 4 people.

Cons:

I got a sperate bed which was free of charge, but the mattress was so thin I was latterly on top of the metal. The other double beds were great so if you are with only 4 people you are OK.
