Not enough hot water.
Pros:

The property was clean and check in was smooth even if we arrived late at night.

Cons:

The hot water was not enough for 4 people. The water was cold for the 4th person. The plugs were broken, one of the plug in upstairs room had electric spark when i was trying to plug it in. The electric blanket was very old, it needs to be replaced.

I think this is a great place to stay that is close enough to both the airport and Queenstown itself.

Good area and value for money.
Pros:

The apartment is close to everything. Big shopping centres and fast foods. Easy communication with the staff.

Cons:

There was an ongoing rod works along the road opposite to the property which a bit inconvenient and we were informed that there will be no access for one day during our stay. Thankfully they’ve arranged a designated parking for the guests.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Good sized apartment for family. Kitchen and laundry were great amenities. Easy parking m, located near shops and restaurants. Short drive into Queenstown. Good value for money

Choose these apartments if you prefer convenience over good looks
Pros:

Punching point is the location just a short walk from the bus interchange and ZQN Queenstown airport. All Milford tour buses can pick you up from bus interchange. Save 60-70$ rerun Uber fare. Small shops are just across the property.

Cons:

Property is generally not a new build so expect aged inclusions however towel / linen was provided washed and fresh. My room appears to be freshly painted.
