Good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The pool was to be heated pool inside. And the water was freezing cold. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. So definitely won't be back.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable.Staff accommodated our room request for a top floor room, though we were given one of the smaller rooms.

Cons:

Was not well maintained or particularly clean. For example, toothpaste spray on faucet and hair in sink when we entered our room.

I like the fact that it looked clean, and I felt safe. Looked like there were plenty of employees to accommodate the guest.

Cons:

I only stayed one night And left early in the morning. Didn’t get to swim because it was cold. I thought maybe it would be a heated pool. I guess at least they had a pool available for swimming. The whirlpool did not work either, and I felt they could have refilled the evening cookie snack station.
