Clean and comfortable beds
The checking guys was rude I had made a reservation and I couldn’t find my ID so asked if I could cancel and change it to my husbands because he had his ID and card and he wouldn’t just change the reservation he made me go online and do myself. He was very rude and didn’t have good customer service.
Most of the employees were helpful & pleasant !
Breakfast was delicious
The lady that checked us in was rude and seemed to be bothering her to check us in . It wasn't busy at all when we checked in, so I don't understand what her issue was. Not nice at all. The pool room was nice but the pool temperature was very warm ! Like a very warm bath Ugh
Beds/pillows where comfortable. The shower was nice. Could water pressure.
It could use a bigger vanity in bathroom sink and a mirror with the light right above it specially for women putting on their makeup
Easy access from highway. Quiet despite the road. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was a little rough around the edges. Clean but worn. Smoke alarm was making a buzzing sound that was mildly annoying. Breakfast was meh.
Hot tub was out of order it looked in pretty bad shape - when you look for a hotel with a hot tub and pay extra it would be nice when you book to know this information - I could have said something to the staff but who wants to be THAT guy. I had driven like 7 hours that day and the hot tub would have been nice for my back. The hallway by are room was HORRIBLE smelling. The room appear clean - the TV looked like a small computer monitor like 32" they just found laying around and placed on the dresser. there was a place for where a VESA mount may have been in the past it was just a section on the wall - the staff were nice and the cookies were good. Also my daughter was wearing her new white socks and they got pretty dirty just from walking around the room - EWWWW - I can expect getting this for sub $100 rates but when you pay also $150 per night - that is sad!! - Breakfast staff was very nice and espresso was good - biscuits were really dry (for biscuits and gravy) - link sausage was good - eggs look like they were steamed or something weird - kids liked the waffles

The location was ok, kinda noise with the fire station being close by. Breakfast was decent, the dining room was clean and well stocked.
Bummed the hot tub was closed.
Easy access to hwy 71 and convenient to many of our destinations.
We appreciated the comfortable beds and our room was very clean. The gym was small but adequate and clean.
The bathroom was a little worn, but not unclean. The pool was closed which was a bummer because it was a major reason why we chose the hotel.

First room assigned had fans blowing, floor wet, and smelled musty. Sister stayed in room but ants and bugs crawling all over in the morning. Changed room and second room. Better. Fair
