Pros:

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. The breakfast and free snacks and drinks in the afternoon was great. The location of the hotel was right across from the Northlake mall. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The fitness center was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom didn't have any air circulation.

The whole experience was fantastic. Anthony was a great help.

Cons:

Minor toilet got backed up and when called the front desk no one answered. Went to the front desk in the morning and it was taken care of immediately.

Awesome Stay!
Pros:

Great customer services, 5:30pm to 7:00pm two free drinks and little hot dinner. Pool indoor and outdoor great.

Cons:

Everything is awesome no complaints! Maybe more bigger elevators lol, too small space for all ton of guest.
