Pros:

Location was perfect! Less then 20mins from everything and right next to a mall and shopping! Clean, comfortable rooms. Amazing food everyday and morning. Exceptional staff!

Still believe in Drury
Pros:

Requested an accessible room. The room had a musty odor. The knob on the shower fell off when I touched it. The water in the sink did not drain. I am pleased to report that we were refunded the cost of the nights stay and was moved to an upgraded queen suit. BUT ! Although the room looked and smelled better, there was a dead bug on the pillow. I took a photo of it but just checked out. On a positive note, the staff was welcoming and the "Kick back was nice.

Price. Front desk lady was friendly.

Cons:

I barely slept cuz our room was right next to the elevator and it made some loud sound all night long. Pool area was SLAMMED, hot tub had dirty bubbles floating in it. I was so bummed cuz it was my birthday and all I wanted was to sit in a hot tub. But it was filthy and screaming kids and people everywhere. There should be a capacity

Not very happy.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Dinner was good. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The facilities other than the rooms were dirty. Bathrooms, pool area, dining area, outside the hotel were all dirty. It was very noisy and people were smoking weed without any staff doing anything about it. The eating area was overcrowded and elevators were useless because you had to wait 3-5 times to even get on. We took the stairs. I would not come back to this location. We’ve stayed in 4 different Drury’s and have never had this bad of an experience.
