The most important to me was the cleanness of the hotel and safety.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! The food was delicious and not the typical breakfast that are served at hotels. I enjoyed it.

Cons:

The free alcohol drinks tasted watered down and not good. Also, the free buffet dinner could have been better choices, I didn't really like the food at all.

I will be referring Drury Inn to family & friends for now on.
Pros:

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!! I normally frequent Charlotte a lot & I stay uptown. I was referred here by a relative who stays here a lot & I absolutely fell in love with Drury Inn. The employees are very friendly & I loved the kickback in the evening. It’s especially in a good area near everything. Will be staying again & again.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The most comfortable stay I’ve had in a hotel. I book here every trip to Florida and from Florida. Very happy here.

Cons:

Only thing I don’t like was being on 4th floor.
