Pros:

Clean and relatively quiet room

Cons:

One of the elevator cars were broken down and I still had to pay a premium for the sixth floor room and had long waits for the elevator every time I used it. I did use the stairs several times but at the age of 62 I didn’t go up the stairs when carrying luggage. It would have been nice to have known about the elevator in advance

I usually really like the Drury hotels but this time wasn’t impressed.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and polite. Kick back is nice to offer.

Cons:

One of the elevators was broke down and has been broken down for over a month and and not enough seating if you go eat breakfast or for the kickback.

For the amount we paid, I was disappointed.
Pros:

The room itself was very nice.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working and baseball teams were there. Since they had equipment and luggage — they had to use the elevator. This caused us to sometimes wait upwards of 15 minutes to move from floor to floor. Unacceptable.
