Super Hotel für einen Trip nach Glasgow wenn es einem nicht stört etwas außerhalb der Stadt zu übernachten.
Pros:

Schöne große Zimmer und großes Badezimmer mit Wanne. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Bushaltestelle auch vor der Tür.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr hellhörig. Mann konnte jedes Wort im Nachbarzimmer mithören.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very welcoming from start to end. We had an incident on sat night where my wife had an asthma attack and needed to call an ambulance to hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing...especially the breakfast. Not had a breakfast that good in a long long time and thats coming from a breakfast chef herself.

Cons:

The beds were slightly uncomfortable but that may just be preference to our beds at home etc. The hallways and decor could do with a little updating as paint work and carpet are a little mucky. However I know in a busy hotel these things can go undone for a wee bit longer than normal. Few of tiles in our toilet/bathroom were hanging off wall round bath but this didn't bother us too much to be honest.

Stressful ordeal
Cons:

Did not honour price advertised due to an error in price advertised, however they accepted booking and our payment and sent confirmation after which we travelled to arrive at the hotel then they instructed we cancel it via booking.com ourselves (at risk of full cancellation charges out of no fault of ours) and told if we turned up we would not be able to check in. Leaving our plans disrupted and stressed without a hotel for the night. Although refund finally initiated. We Had urgently search and had to pay more in emergency to get something else booked. As it was a Saturday and in school holidays with premium prices only available, well out of the initial budget, very upsetting and stressful ordeal we were put through by both booking.com and the hotel as no alternative within the same or similar price was offered or even any other resolution provided.

With kids and no hotel away from home, this was a very Stressful ordeal to say the least. Very disappointed with booking.com and the hotel.
