Great for a one night stay, but not long term, in terms of comfort

The staff were super excellent, commendable Manager, assisted us with our vehicle problem
parking was excellent,
Food was excellent and well prepared and very reasonably priced

Cons:

The room was cold, had to ask staff to switch on heating, apparently it was on a timer system.
By early morning it was shut down again
The mattress was like a rock…very old old mattress, shower screen flopping around
The sink had individual hot and cold tap, should have been on a mixer tap !

Tip Top Value for Money Hotel
Pros:

My dad stayed 5 nights as construction work in house and he was so well looked after he's 85 and the staff from reception housekeeping and Gary breakfast Manager may him so comfortable relaxed and cared for. Natalie receptionist even sorted his phone well done and thank you KP Hotel
