Just what we needed for a convenient one night stay.
Pros:

Good location, great to have a car park. Clean warm comfortable room. Nice staff.

Pros:

Had a great time, ordered some lunch for the room, really good price. We had a lovely stay for my husbands 40th birthday, we stayed in the Lomond room and was lovely.

Don't bother with this place its a mess

Cons:

It was completely terrible. We were at room 116 so avoid at all costs
Here is to name a few things
The Bathroom Doors Lock is broken
Plug sockets are under our pillows which is unsafe. My friends charger now has scorch marks on it
Plug socket is hanging out the wall
Parties go on until 2am
We woke up at 9am for drill being heard from the room next to us.
Loud noises in general
In the middle of the night TV just turned purple
The bath is creeky
People knocked on our door twice at 8am
Radiator didnt work so it would ever be really warm or if you opened the window it would keep thumping and closing it self.
Beds were really uncomfy
Walked in too see a drunk guy laying on a couch
Loud talking at late nights by housekeepers

This list could go on but I rather not waist my time but I highly dont recommend

Overall, we really enjoyed the city of Glasgow, but the accommodation was somewhat disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel staff were polite, and having our own car made the location manageable despite the distance from the city centre. Once we insisted, we were eventually moved to another room after a serious issue occurred.

Cons:

The hotel is very far from Glasgow city centre (around 30 minutes by public transport on bus 21), which would have been quite inconvenient with children without a car. Our family room for two adults and three children was flooded during the night due to severe negligence from a neighbouring guest, causing water damage to our room, the corridor, and even a ceiling collapse below; despite this, management did not proactively relocate us or offer an apology, refund, or compensation, which was extremely disappointing.

Exceptional value
Pros:

The friendly staff reception and Mr Gary what an asset in the breakfast room nothing was too much bother and local knowledge passed on daily thank you to all the team members

Cons:

No telephone to reception in bedroom but that would not stop me coming back

Cons:

Pas de chauffage ni l'eau chaude dans la chambre malgré qui faisait 1° dehors, quand nos avons demandés de changer de chambre ou bien mettre le chauffage ils ont dit que le chauffage était sur un timer. Vers 22h il faisait toujours aussi froid malgré le chauffage qui s'est déclencher. Apres avoir demander des couvertures ils nous ont fourni des draps en plus mais pas de chouette ni plaid. Pal Poli et ne voulais même pas entendre que la chambre était sale, froid, et inacceptable.
