Pros:

Everything! The 5:30 kickback is such a plus! The food is great both at 5:30 kickback and breakfast. I have no complaints really an awesome stay. We will stay with Drury again!

Cons:

The only negative I can think of is better grab bar placement in the shower. But we did not ask for a handicap accessible room for my elderly mother so that was our own fault.

The hotel was great, but the customer service took it to the next level!! We loved our stay! All the staff were amazing!

Big blowers in the halls made you wonder when the flood happened. Breakfast could have been fresher.

It was a great place to stay. Drury Inn is my new preferred hotel.

A great quick overnight stay .
Pros:

Easy on and off freeway. We were looking forward to breakfast but pleasantly surprised to eat dinner and have a free drink. Both meals were very good . The staff in the dinning room great .

Adequate but not memorable
Pros:

The breakfast was good

The guy working breakfast was amazing. He made our stay. He was the highlight. Also the front desk person -Atari- was very helpful

Cons:

Room was dirty. Hair on the pillow cases, in the floor in the bathroom, and on the towels.
Pillows were not very high quality. Rooms were aged and furniture was beat up.

Pros:

Location was an easy on and off I 20 on our way to family. The room was awesome with a soft bed, hot shower, and amenities. The cooked breakfast was great and staff were so kind, helpful & polite.

Cons:

There aren't enough of these around the country or in New Zealand!!! Other than that A+++++++++
