The location is fantastic, you are close enough to the old town and castle to walk it, but situated just outside the hustle and noise, right near a peaceful park.
The staff all went above and beyond, being friendly and accommodating, despite the hotel being fully booked over the weekend we stayed. Facilities were clean and the rooms are bigger than expected. Also check out is until 12, this really is big benefit many hotels no longer offer. (Reduces the stress of morning rush to pack and go). They cater well to families with children offering an extra bed and good facilities for kids, such as a play area and shallow pool area.
No major complaints, though these small things can be addressed; the interior light in the hallway of our apartment was not working. The limitation of just 2 elevators to service a large hotel over 5 floors, leads to many people waiting and queuing for a space and many resorting to taking the stairs instead.

Estadia curta, mas positiva. Quarto espaçoso, limpeza em dia e um pequeno-almoço com muita variedade. O melhor de tudo foi o atendimento: staff muito simpático e eficiente.
Embora o quarto seja ótimo, a experiência no banho pode ser melhorada. A pressão da água é baixa e o poliban beneficiaria de uma modernização. Seria um upgrade importante para garantir o conforto total dos hóspedes.
