Overall me and my boyfriend enjoyed our short get away and we will visit again!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the room was so nice and very clean! I even like that they provide dove products for the shower!

Cons:

It was supposed to be a 100% non smoking facility but people were smoking cigarettes on the floor I was on and it made it smell very bad!

Excellent experience
Pros:

My hotel stay was very welcoming and comfortable. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice, especially Dru. His customer service and professionalism is top tier. Dru went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend 10/10

The housekeeping need to knock before just opening any doors, PERIOD. especially if it’s not even check out time. Had as

I like how clean the bed was, the front desk guys was so sweet on both shift , the bed was clean the room was clean

Cons:

The tub floor was super dirty and my feet and my boyfriends was stinky , I also don’t like how the hotel says it’s breakfast included when you actually have to pay for breakfast $13 a person. That should have been stated somewhere or else I wouldn’t have booked, that’s not the meaning of breakfast included. Also me & my boyfriend was naked in our room as we hear someone coming in our room @9:45am! No knock or nothing! check out is @11am and there an old man locking eyes with me & i can’t tell you how I felt, but you can imagine.

Decent, but some issues that were a bother
Pros:

Good breakfast. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

One elevator wasn't working and there were no stairs going up to rooms (only coming down), so there was often a bottleneck at the elevator since the hotel was packed with people, especially kids.

We got a different room than we had booked with booking,com.

When we opened the sofa bed, there were sheets from the previous stay.
