Excellent location right next to Dotonbori, excellent for families with different activities and free drinks and ice cream. We loved hanging out in the lobby and there was a great atmosphere
The room was small so couldn’t keep suitcases open - but that is very normal in Japan

Great customer service from staff and so many freebies from hotel. Great location from Dotonboru river activities and shopping.
Size of room. A little small for a family of four with 2 kids. Bathroom is also really small for a tall person.
There were many things that I liked about the hotel!
- Centrally located - very very near Dotonbori!!!!

- Has free drinks and ice cream for most of the day!
- Has Japanese cultural activities that might interest guests
- Rooms are very comfortable!
- Bonus: the hotel has four interesting heads in front of it that make it easy to find on the street!
There was nothing in particular that I disliked, but some people might find the rooms a bit small. Honestly I think it's just the typical Japanese-sized hotel room so it didn't really bother me since I knew Japanese hotel rooms can be a bit small compared to other countries.

The room was a typical size for a Japanese hotel room, and the AC worked great. The hotel itself is so close to Dotonbori itself and the shopping/food in that area. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Osaka/Namba station, which makes travel throughout the city easy. The staff was kind, too. The hotel offers fun, touristy activities in the lobby (as well as snacks and drinks). It was a solid choice for us (a gay couple without kids) but would probably be a stellar spot for families. They were very helpful in getting our luggage arranged for shipping.

Close to the center Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suji. Staff were helpful all the time.
The room wasn not so spacious. But overall nice and clean.
飲み物が飲み放題は ありがたかったです。ハーゲンダッツのアイスまで食べられるのも夏に泊まって良かったです。
私の宿泊した階のエレベーターホールの そこだけ ものすごく暑かったです。部屋に続く廊下は涼しのにって思いました。改装中だったので その影響なのかなって思いました。
The staff were nice and friendly. I like the unlimited drink and all other facilities. It is also very close to train stations, dotonbori area, namba and shinsaibashi. Overall, this was a very good place to stay.
Because we are so used to larger hotels and bigger spaces, we found the rooms and toilets too small but apparently, this is normal in Japan...
