Pretty good :)
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Room was tiny for three beds, there was no room to open our suitcases. The room was clean.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great :)

Cons:

The size of the room for three beds and the trundle bed was horribly uncomfortable.

This hotel is exceptionally customer-oriented and constantly strives to exceed guests’ expectations. While the convenient location is already a major plus point, it was the thoughtful extra touches that truly impressed us.

Guests can enjoy complimentary cup noodles, drinks, ice cream, and daily activities such as kimono dressing and takoyaki-making. The hotel also provides useful items for loan, including pocket WiFi devices and umbrellas, among many other thoughtful services.

The staff are warm, hospitable, and always ready to share helpful information. The lobby has a charming atmosphere, while the hotel’s cute façade immediately catches the eye. The four head sculptures on the exterior, representing different ethnic groups — Asian, African, European, and Arabian — reflect the brand’s vision of welcoming and embracing people from all around the world.

A wonderful stay where thoughtful details, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of inclusiveness come together to create a memorable experience.

Cons:

The only drawback we experienced was the size of the bathroom in the room. Even as a medium-built Asian, I found the toilet and shower area rather cramped, and I frequently bumped into the walls while using the facilities. This was the main inconvenience during our stay.

Other than this, everything else was excellent. With its thoughtful services, welcoming staff, and great location, I would definitely consider coming back for another stay.

Wonderful location, excellent staff & lobby activities. The room is very small though.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the center of Dotonbori, and Namba City Park as well as Namba Station are also within walking distance. The drink machine in the lobby was great. The various daily activities at the lobby were also wonderful. Our kid loved them.

Cons:

The room was very small. We had to play a game of Tetris to access our suitcases. The bathroom was even smaller. Also - it was pretty noisy given its location, as well as the fact that the next door building was undergoing some major construction.

Well positioned and will stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Service was great. They had an extra activity or event each day. The ice cream bar and alcohol bar was a treat. And the massage chairs sure took the pressure off those aching muscles.

Cons:

Room was a little smaller and more cramped than anticipated.
