Loved it
Pros:

The staff stayed personable and professional when checking in our numerous family that was there for the family reunion. They were wonderful and even dealt with the teens and smaller children in such a graceful manner.

Cons:

One washer and one dryer was not enough; especially when you have so many using the pool .

Such a lovely and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

they not only had breakfast,they served an excellent dinner. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were great when checking in my many family members for our family reunion. I never heard,nor did I see any frustration from any of the staff. I will always choose them whenever I return to this area.

Cons:

There was not oI had such a lovely and enjoyable stay.ne thing that I would have changed.

Hot and miserable, no sleep and ac shutting off

It was clean

Cons:

The pet area was full of thorny stickers and we were up all night getting them out of his paws! He was really hurting. We told the staff about it but was only offered “points”.

Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

I was shocked our room was so big. Even though the pull out couch wasn’t super comfortable it was the best sleep I’d gotten on the trip so far!

Cons:

There wasn’t a changing table in the bathroom to use right after check out.
