Lights in the room didn't all work , we reported this and never got any assistance , some guest were also making noise in the corridors early in the morning.

Fantastic, we will stay there again the next time in Cape Town!!
Pros:

The property was clean and super trendy. Loved our room and the amenities in it. Spacious and gorgeous. Location was also awesome because it was near the gardens in the museum, which we loved and walked the gardens which were amazing.
Also, we were traveling with our parents who are now in their 80s and Michael the front desk manager was fantastic. We needed some help with check out and he assisted us. Everyone and everything in the hotel was great including the restaurant…
