Very pleasant and comfortable!
Pros:

Room was well appointed and comfortable. Nadia, the manager on duty, was very helpful and service oriented, and upgraded us to a suite seeing it was my husband’s birthday. The spa was excellent.

Cons:

We had an issue with booking in, the online pre-booking didn’t show two guests, so it took a good few minutes to set that right. The elevator knobs were poorly signposted and also wasted time.

I don’t think I will ever stay there again..
Pros:

The food was amazing and high quality

Cons:

My room was located on the inside of the building on the 5th floor. Unfortunately I heard everything that was happening in the lobby, restaurant and bar all night until 1am and again from 4am. Unfortunately this was very unpleasant.
