Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
• Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
• Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
• Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

Breakfast could be better
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. the location is near a shopping mall. Although we arrived quite early, 3 hours before the check in time. The hotel made it possibe to already go to our rooms. This was very much appreciated after an early flight from MEX. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with comfortable beds.
The hotel caters a lot of parties and during two weekend nights the music was quite noticable in our room. A bit more sound insulation would have helped. Also the Airconditioning unit was quite noisy as we did not need it this was not an issue but during summer this might become one.

Reception staff nice and polite and helpful. Lobby well decorated. Check in and check out smooth.
Hotel too noisy. Bathroom shower wall moldy. Toilet seat loose. 4 guests-only 3 towels. Gap under front door letting in light and possibly bugs. Fire detector blinking brightly constantly interrupting sleep.
Breakfast staff stressed and pretty much impolite and dismissive.
