Ar condicionado fazendo barulho, encheu o quarto de água e parou de funcionar.
Quarto amplo, adequadamente mobiliado, pessoal muito educado e eficiente, café da manhã bem provido, instalações modernas e muito bem localizado.

Achei que o quarto devia ser ventilador antes da entrada do cliente. Senti cheiro de umidade. O corredores era escuro, podia ter uma iluminação melhor, mais aconchegante.
