Gosto de me hospedar nesse hotel.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Parque Santos Dumont e Parque Vicentina Aranha. Quarto superior espaçoso. Ambiente agradável. Cama confortável.

Situação desconfortável demais

Desorganização.

Nos colocaram em um quarto onde haviam três pessoas no quarto ao lado bebendo, fumando e tocando funk alto durante a noite. Fomos reclamar e nada foi resolvido. Pedimos troca de quarto e, quando finalmente autorizaram a mudança, ninguém sequer se prontificou a ajudar com as bagagens.

Isso já era por volta de 23h. Descemos com todas as malas e, ao chegar no elevador, os dois elevadores estavam completamente ocupados com sacos de lixo até o teto. Interfonamos solicitando a retirada e, depois de mais de 15 minutos esperando, os elevadores voltaram exatamente da mesma forma, cheios de lixo e materiais de serviço.

Enquanto aguardávamos, as próprias pessoas que estavam fazendo bagunça no corredor vieram até nós, tornando a situação ainda mais desconfortável.

Somente após quase 25 minutos um dos elevadores apareceu vazio para conseguirmos subir para o novo quarto.

Péssima experiência. O hotel aparenta não ter qualquer controle sobre quem entra, além de demonstrar total falta de organização e preparo. Não era nem meia-noite e os elevadores já estavam inutilizáveis por lixo e serviço.
