Excellent airport hotel and great value for money.
The complimentary airport shuttle was very well organized. Before our arrival, we received clear instructions and photos showing exactly where to find the transfer desk at the airport, making the transfer completely stress-free.
I highly recommend booking a room with direct pool access. After a long flight, it was wonderful to open the balcony door and step straight into the pool. There's no need to walk anywhere—you can simply relax on your private terrace and enjoy immediate access to the pool.
Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I would happily stay here again for an overnight stop before or after a flight.

The room were bad for the price we paid. Stay elsewhere the bed was uncomfortable.
Pros:

It was closed to a shopping area and night market for food.

Cons:

I didn't like that I got charged last-minute before leaving 300 baht. It was a small stain on the bed sheet and got charged. My sister was in her rage. That's unbelievable cause the stain would have come off.

Excellent location would definitely recommend
Pros:

Fantastic location just twenty minutes from the airport with a shuttle included (in some room bookings).
The shuttle was easy to arrange at the airport follow the instructions in the booking email.
Check in was easy and the room was clean and spacious.
The restaurant was still open when we arrived late and thankfully was also very good including discounts.
The shuttle was arranged again the next day back to the airport
All round an excellent stay which we’d be happy to stay at again.

Great spot for a short stay
Pros:

Room was perfect for what we needed on a short stay before we left back home. The breakfast was well done and much needed after arriving by train from Chiang Mai. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were excellent.

Cons:

This is a very busy area and getting a grab could be difficult. Even the short distance to the airport could be difficult given the time of day.

Приемлемо для одной ночи
Pros:

Останавливались на одну ночь при транзите домой. Для одной ночи подойдет, т.к. есть трансфер, завтрак. Также можно поужинать в ресторане при отеле или дойди до ТЦ, фудкорта, который расположен рядом

Cons:

Трансфер из аэропорта в отель ожидали 45 минут, причём сначала нам сказали подождать 20 минут, но потом сказали ждать еще, т.к. пробки.
Был очень сильный шум от внешнего блока кондиционера. Блок расположен на балконе, дверь на балкон пропускала практически весь шум. Из-за этого спали плохо, что испортило впечатление об отеле
