Pros:

I travelled with family and the reception i got from the staff member while check in was very bad, and rude. I had to double check my booking.com to verify my confirmation of the booking. The lady was hesitant to say there was no booking confirmed on my name, and once it was confirmed they give me a room, uncleaned, all the leftovers and the sheets were unchanged, it was a bad room, I was agitated and told them that I will share this feedback. Overall, it was pathetic staff and the experience i got from them was bad. Not going to stay with them again.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Spacious room but have cockroaches. Stinky smell

Cons:

No food options very attitude staff they tell it is Telangana hence no Thali meals. Daily biryanis very spicy and stomach upset food which is damn costly

Stay away if you can! Outdated hotel with outdated systems and processes.
Pros:

Nothing was nice.

Cons:

First they gave us twin beds even though we never asked for it as we are a gay couple. Then they switched us to a room with a king bed but the flush, the phone, the AC were not working and there were cockroaches in the room. They gave us a third room which was “better” but still had stains on the couch and bedding, water damage on the walls and still 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked to checkout the bext day even though we paid for 3 nights. While they did give us a refund without much of an issue, we didn’t get so much as an apology.

Pros:

Not satisfied with the stay. The rooms are gloomy and smell mushy. Soiled and old furniture placed in the room for usage. Gave a bad vibe during the stay. Not at all satisfied
