Una excelente ubicación muy cerca a todo. El tiempo de estadía fue suficiente para visitar la ciudad en todos sus detalles.

Da dimensão, do conforto, da limpeza e da centralidade do alojamento que é excelente e até justificaria um preço mais elevado.

Cons:

Depois das 19h00 não há ninguém na recepção e no número de telefone que indicam como disponivel 24h ningém atende.
Quando reservámos aceitaram o check in tardio, entre as 21h e as 22h -, mas quando lá chegámos não conseguimos fazer porque não estava lá ninguém para nos abrir a porta de entrada e nos dar as chaves de acesso ao alojamento. Ligámos e ninguém atendia, tocávamos a campainha e ninguém respondia. Só muito tarde e cansados é que conseguimos finalmente fazer o check in, por volta das 23h30.
Total desorganização e falta de empatia no check in que é efectuado após as 19h.
O que aconteceu a nós, imagine-se que acontece a outra família com crianças de colo...

Pros:

The accommodation was very close to the city center from where we took the bus to Alhambra or to Albaicin. The suit was clean.

Cons:

On our arrival day I asked the receptionist to wait for us another 5 for 10 minutes because we were on our way and they replied that they cannot. Fortunately we were on time but if we weren't we would have faced an inconvenience just because of 5 minutes.
It's really interesting that nobody is doing you any favor in Europe.
Another thing was that on our first night there it was a cool night and there was nothing to cover myself just a sheet.
I texted the if it was possible to have a blanket she didn't reply.
We only saw her on our arrival and because we were busy with sightseeing we didn't see her again.

Pros:

El recepcionista es una persona excepcional que está ahí para lo que necesites y se nota que lo hace con gusto. Le pedimos un recogedor y escoba junto con algunas sabanas y la comunicación fue fluida y agradable.

Cons:

Me parece que le falta iluminación a la habitación 24. Resalta más en la zona de la cocina y el salón.
La ducha perdía agua por la unión de la mampara con la pared y se encharcaba un poco el suelo. El grifo de la ducha estaba bastante duro del uso aunque ya está notificado para que lo solucionen
