Apartahotel en muy buena zona
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en Gran Vía, queda cerca de toda la zona histórica. Al tratarse de apartahotel y edificio antiguo pensé que no tenía ascensor pero si lo tiene. Un patio interior precioso y muy tranquilo. Una habirtación cómoda con cocina, nevera y sofá cama.

Cons:

Sólo hay una persona en recepción hasta las 7. Las dos cápsulas de café eran descafeinado y con leche. La pared de la habitación tenía la pintura levantada por la humedad procedente del baño. Las ventanas dan a escalera de sericio y calle muy estrecha y oscura.

Ubicación y espacioso pero le falta servicio de limpieza

La ubicación es inmejorable, todo queda cerca y es fácil coger autobuses y taxis. La suite muy amplia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario. Nos pusieron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé que estaba muy bien.

Cons:

No es un hotel y no tienen servicio de habitaciones. Un cartel en la habitación dice que las toallas en el suelo se cambian pero no es verdad. No hay escobilla de váter pese a que no limpian. Tuvimos que pedir que nos vaciaran la basura o nos dieran una bolsa para tirar los pañales del bebé. Hasta el día que nos íbamos no nos dijeron que había una salida en que podíamos evitar tener que cargar el carrito de bebé por las escaleras. Volvería por la ubicación y lo espaciosa que es la habitación pero solo si es para una o dos noches como mucho.

Pros:

Tutto! Il personale era molto educato e disponibile, la camera era molto grande e fornita di ogni comodità. La posizione centrale e anche se non era possibile fare la colazione in albergo ci hanno offerto la colazione in un altro albergo della catena a 400 metri che era ancora più centrale.
