Desk lady .pool area...only one elevator .ignored my requests for handicap room. Not enough handicap parking spots.
There was hat all over the toilet and it’s disgusting.
Wasn’t very clean
We loved staying at the Drury Inn Middletown It was the best Hotel we have ever stayed with our children. We will be back soon! Thank you for the wonderful memories on our spring break vacation.

It was our first time staying at a Drury Inn & Suites. Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, more space in the room than expected. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast.
This is the best place that I have ever stayed at. The place was sparkling clean. The staff were the best that I have ever encountered. You can not do any better in the area.
We are a family of 4 with two kids age 7&8 travelling back to Canada. We loved it here! Small diner buffet was included with 3 alcoholic drinks per adult and breakfast! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Bartender Abriel was fantastic to the whole family. Hotel clerk Harold sold us on our stay right from the start. Hot tub and indoor / outdoor pool which the kids LOVED. The pool is open all year round and is divided by a swim under wall. Parking was right out front for us.
We were here on Monday so didn’t find it crowded like other reviewers. Great price for all of the above!
Rooms are clean and everything you need. Bar fridge and microwave in the room.

No help said oh well. Tried rebook following weekend. Didn't get reservation confirmation now sold out and can't book and trip is already scheduled
