The hotel staff was the best. They greeted everyone and asked several times how we were doing. Speaking with them they did seem to enjoy working at the hotel.
Would have liked the breakfast area to open a little earlier. We had an event that started at seven so we could not enjoy the full breakfast area.

We loved the kickback! We've been telling all of our friends how awesome it was to stay in your hotel. Anytime we travel from now on we will be staying at Drury Inn.
I liked the fact that the hotel is close to a lot of different businesses and the easy access to and from hotel. Very clean and staff accommodating was great.

It would have been nice to have different breakfast. I understand it was a continental breakfast which is always good. But I think switching it up a little would be nice.
We have stayed here several times mostly because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Harold and K’Sean are the best at customer service. I was shocked that K’Sean remembered us from our visit in May. Harold went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including following up on our room and clearing our plates at dinner. If I owned a hotel, I would hire them both! Our grandchildren live in Middletown and we will always stay at the Drury and hope to see these wonderful employees! Please appreciate your staff, they are awesome and make a difference in a traveling life.
