Gute Lage, modernes styling, pools und strandnähe gut. Personal freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut organisiert.

Cons:

Bar schloss um 22 uhr im oktober. das ist schwach. Das Zimmer war voller Moskitos. Überall im Hotel auch im Zimmer trat wasser ein! Es waren extreme Ausnahme-Regenfälle, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Aber es tropfte auch überall rein als nur noch wenig Regen kam. Das deutet auf massive isolatorische Probleme der Bausubstanz hin! Parkingkosten (25 €/tag) müsste bei gg. Preisniveau nicht sein.

Pros:

All absolutely amazing. Great great staff... but be ready... it is noisy (same songs all day til11 pm...). If you are OK with that. Must stay. We loved!!!

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que mis padres se alojan aquí y han quedado muy contentos de nuevo, el hotel es una pasada y la ubicación perfecta para poder moverte por Santa Eulalia sin tener que coger el coche . Recomendarían sin duda este hotel.

De infrastructuur is een W hotel onwaardig, maar wel bekwaam personeel

De ligging, aan zee en midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Claustrofobisch, alles zit op elkaar gepakt. Kleine kamers, klein zwembad, fitness in de kelder, te kleine ontbijtruimte volgens het aantal kamers. Heel veel lawaai, de glascontainers van het hotel halen ze op om 2u s’nachts.

Deceiving hotel .com categorisation

Well, I think the hotel has been labelled as five star by hotel.com

I think this was quite deceiving from the hotel.com as this hotel does not qualify for five star facility.

They had a problem with the check-in service. We were promised one room given another.

The breakfast area was quite crowded and small. It does not satisfy the number of hotel guests and can impact on the service provided.

The pictures provided were not compatible with the actual reality.


There is no buffet service for the breakfast.

Though people try to do their best. I think the whole system is not fit for such a process.

I it’s best to label it as four star and certainly the pricing level was higher than the expected level.
