It was very good, I am stay there at your Chino Hills Hotel for a couple days a month
Pros:

Personnel were very good, the breakfast overall is good, but pancakes or French toast would be a nice addition. The workout facilities were good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location works out good for me.

Cons:

The room I usually get has a safe and a shower with an elevated edge to prevent water from flowing out on the floor. This time I got a handicap equipped room with no safe, and the shower water, when you turned it on, flowed onto the floor of the bathroom. The housekeeping staff was gracious enough to provide extra towels to absorb the water, but it was not good.

I just stayed for one night but would recommend this hotel for a long stay.

I will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to all my friends and family.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Especially the assistance by Mr. Byron Camacho, Asst. Mgr. in accommodating us in a attached room to be close to my elderly mother. The hotel is exceptionally nice, clean and welcoming. It made us feel at home the minute we walked in. Thank you Mr. Camacho.

Cons:
