The breakfast and the drinks in the afternoon
The pool was not clean, the gym equipment was not working and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable
Very poor service. I stayed for 10 days. Bed linen was never changed. Bottles of water in the room had a tag saying it was complimentary for Hilton Honour members but I was charged. Apparently there is fine print disclaimer - for particular membership level. They need to make that disclaimer more clear, not in fine print.
Won’t be staying at this hotel again.
Beds and pillows where extremely comfortable and I like to sleep soft and pillow top mattress and pillows to be king feather and my husband like somewhat firm but pillow top mattress so it does not sink in . Every hotel should have this bedding, mattress, pillows to make our trios comfortable to be able to sleep well to enjoy our trips.

It had a bed.
The room was super stuffy. The air vents weren’t working. The hotel didn’t have any bellman's cart. So we had to carry all our luggage up to the 8th floor. After paying $1,200 dollars I would hope at the very least this would be available. The staff in the kitchen was amazing! The housekeepers are the reason that place is still standing because the lazy workers at the front desk can’t do anything except lift a card.

Beautiful and inviting lobby, friendly front counter, amazing breakfast!
No coffee or water available after breakfast service. We are on a 2 week road trip and to this point have stayed in 10 different hotels of varying price points; this stay was by far the highest priced BUT the only place where these beverages were not available after breakfast service. For the steep pricing it seems pretty cheap.
