Good BUT not happy in solving our bathroom issue and we have a video to provide the water pressure.

Cons:

The hotel's proximity to Hollywood, restaurants, and Universal Studios is highly convenient. We appreciate the diverse breakfast options, particularly the omelette and complimentary beverages, which I would rate 10 out of 10. However, our sole complaint concerns the shower, which we reported to the staff at 8 a.m. on our first day, and they assured us it would be addressed in our absence. Upon returning in the evening, we discovered that the issue remained unresolved. We subsequently contacted the front desk to report the inadequate shower head pressure, which proved to be a frustrating experience, especially given the sweltering temperature of 90F and high humidity, making a refreshing shower a necessity after a long day out.

Place was clean, staff was super nice and the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

My family and I loved everything.

Cons:

The room was on the warmer side, we don’t know if the ac was working properly but it felt like the air wasn’t flowing in the room.

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was a standout.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay. The parking was good. Even if they do not clean the rooms everyday, at least a staff came and delivered us fresh sets of towels. Since we have our dog with us, they were accommodating and put us in the 2nd floor and easy access to the lift and stairs to easily take our dog outside when needed.

Cons:

The pet fees was too much for a 2 night stay ($100). There was not a lot of green areas for our dog to relieve himself. Too many fees and taxes which are so ridiculous.

I LOVE this property!💗.,, I’m a Hilton Diamond Member & can truly say….. THE BEST!!! Also, a flight attendant for a Global airline who has stayed around the world. Alex the manager of this location checks on me & ALL of his team is AMAZING!!! The front desk on check in to the Happy Hour Jorge! The Breakfast team… made to order hot breakfast…. Remembers how I like my eggs… EVERY STAY. Close to Disney Studios Burbank… where I had an event & Universal Studios.

Exceptional Stay in Glendale
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Embassy Suites LA Glendale. I really liked how spacious and comfortable the suites were, with a separate living area that made the room feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. Everything was clean, quiet, and well‑maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. The location was also a major plus—close to Universal Studios, restaurants, and shopping, but without the stress of being in the middle of downtown LA. Breakfast was delicious, especially the made‑to‑order options, and the lobby and common areas felt modern and inviting.

Cons:

There were only a couple of small things I didn’t love. Breakfast can get a bit crowded during peak times, and a few high‑traffic areas around the hotel show normal wear from heavy use. Neither issue affected my stay in a meaningful way.

We had just a one night stay but would stay there longer in the future!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent as was our suite! The hotel looked like it was brand new. The front desk was very friendly and checked us in quickly, knowing we wanted to go to the Griffin Observatory for sunset.

Cons:

The koi pond, the staff, the location

Cons:

The pillows weren't completely comfortable for my wife the toilet paper was rough and thin. The underground parking facility spaces were thin and there were alot of blind spots
