Overall a great stay. Recommend it just need to do more better with the cleaning environment to make

I loved the staff they were very nice and sweet. The community around the hotels were great, places to go and eat.

Cons:

The room is a bit not clean. I felt not clean sleeping on the bed, the shower was not necessarily clean. The curtains were ripped. There was little marks on my sheets and covers so we had to take those covers off.

The stay was nice but maids must really busy because they forgot to take care of the guests

The property is under construction so. They are doing a lot of remodeling here.

Cons:

Well the maid asked if I needed more things for the room and she was so nice. I told her yes we needed more towels and wash towels. We didn’t get any smh. Had to go downstairs to get some

Great stay
Pros:

We got the complementary breakfast and it was delicious. The wait staff was great.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. There was some reconstruction work going on but it didn't seem to bother us.

Excellent customer service, they are very welcoming.
Pros:

Assistant property manager Austin Adam’s was professional and welcoming. He makes this hotel stand apart from all others with actual hospitality.

Great stay but room need to be wiped down especially with Covid still around keep people safe!!

Cons:

Pee all around the floor of the toilet. Poop stain still in toilet. We spent 30 minutes cleaning the room because we were exhausted from a 8 hr drive. Pool was green . Ladies at the desk not the friendliest .
Breakfast I paid ahead for ... what a mess .
Chewing gum and wrappers in planters. Just not clean or friendly for a Hilton. I stay at many Hiltons around the US and this one was not on spot.
