Cons:

Wij sliepen met 3 op 1 kamer.
Dus 1 iemand moest op het zetelbed slapen.
Geen probleem, maar door sommige keiharde planken was dit onmogelijk om daarop te slapen.
Ik ben om 22.30 uur naar de receptie gegaan met de vraag of het mogelijk was om een matras te hebben om op het zetelbed te leggen.
De botte dame aan de receptie zei dat ik moest wachten tot morgen wegens geen personeel !
Ik heb haar voorgesteld dat ik zelf de matras wou halen en naar mijn kamer brengen, maar dat was niet mogelijk volgens haar.
Dan voorgesteld dat een personeelslid van de bar meeging met mij om een matras te halen, maar dat was ook niet mogelijk volgens haar.
Ik ben heel beleefd blijven staan en gevraagd naar een oplossing.
Na 15 minuten babbelen (beleefd smeken) heeft ze zich terechtgesteld en is ze met mij naar een kamertje geweest in de kelderverdieping en mocht ik daar een matras nemen.
Het was niet nodig om zo koppig te zijn en daar 30 minuten tijd aan te verspillen.
Ik denk dat ze zich schuldig voelde want de volgende namiddag stond er een volwaardig 3de bed op ons kamer….

Absolutely regrettable
Cons:

The manager on the front desk was very rude.! Terrible attitude. Also I brought a guest to stay for one night in my room which I had paid for a whole week he would not alow my guest to stay one night I also offered to pay for my guest to stay one night or hire another room which he rudly declined and said no without me even finishing my sentence to him . I would.never stay at this hotel also it's very boring in the sense there is not much going on entertainment wise
