Excellent spa hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Very good quality 5 star hotel. Rooms were spotless. Service excelled. Pool and Spa top notch. The pool is a thermal spa and you come out with the smoothest skin. Lake setting stunning next to the castle.

Cons:

Only coffee making facilities in room. Missed my English Breakfast Tea

Pros:

The surroundings were great. Nice building with balconies. Great view.

Cons:

The hotel is built near the water. Mosquitoes and insects are a problem. There are no mosquito nets protecting the room. After coming back from dinner the ceiling was full of insects and not liveable anymore, although we had left the windows closed. The tone of all receptionists was blameful and not solution oriented. We did get another room in the end but we felt that treatment and problem solving was far below 5* level.

Cons:

After fifth stay they treat you like a complete stranger. Personel not really helpful with even simple requests. Limited English language capabilities.

Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Eingang zu Sirmione. Der geschützte Parkplatz ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Great two day stay..thank you!
Pros:

View, room, bed, were wonderful. Bathroom was a little tight but it did the job. Loved the balcony and view. It was in a great location

Cons:

Poolside service for drinks was slow on Tuesday. First day was great. Maybe a little understaffed.
