The property is superbly located; swim in the lake or swim in the fabulous thermal pool. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is v convenient for the old town - historical buildings etc.
Breakfast is a v good and varied continental buffet with loads of choice and freshly squeezed OJ.
The thermal pool is the money-shot - that's why you come here and it's great... really great.
The restaurant is OK but not as good as it thinks it is and the prices are too high for the food quality. There are better restaurants in the town charging half the price. The hotel also charges for in-room self-made coffee - two coffee pods (and 2 decaf pods) are free of charge on arrival but replacement pods are charged at a usurous rate. I travel all over the world on business and no other hotel I've stayed in charges for in room, self-made coffee. The late checkout fee is exorbitant and in no way reflects the cost that the hotel incurs when a guest needs to check out late because of a late flight. It's simply a sting.
The town is very commercialised - teeming with tourists even in October and beautiful historical facades are now hosting geletaria (more than a dozen) to capitalise on the passing trade
The hotel was amazing. The location is perfect, right on the water. It is walking distance to the castle and town. The pool and spa areas were amazing too. I cant wait to go back. What a perfect place to relax and have a couples' weekend.

This is a unique property with the thermal pool so easily available. The pool has jets and a type of shower that you can sit under and have the mineral water fall over your head and shoulders. The indoor spa area is also nice with different amenities. The hotel is situated at the waters edge so you can easily swim in the lake as well.
