Pros:

Struttura tenuta molto bene e curata nei dettagli. Gli ambienti sono puliti e accoglienti, e la vista è davvero molto bella. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e l’atmosfera tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi.

Cons:

Con rammarico mi trovo a dover descrivere un cambiamento che, purtroppo, ho percepito in senso negativo per quanto riguarda il ristorante della struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a cinque stelle più volte nel corso degli anni, apprezzandone sempre l’eccellenza, la cura dei dettagli e l’elevato standard gastronomico. Nell’ultimo periodo, tuttavia, abbiamo riscontrato un calo qualitativo evidente.

In particolare, il servizio non appare più all’altezza della categoria della struttura: il personale, seppur cortese, non sembra avere la stessa preparazione e professionalità che avevamo conosciuto in passato. Anche la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate nei piatti ci è sembrata inferiore rispetto agli standard a cui l’hotel ci aveva abituati.

Scrivo questa recensione con l’auspicio che possa essere uno spunto costruttivo per ritornare ai livelli di eccellenza che hanno sempre contraddistinto questa realtà.

A lovely place to say - much recommended!
Pros:

The hotel couldn’t have been more perfectly located! Loved the views, the proximity to the historical part of the town, being next to the castle… what more can one ask for! The views during breakfast were so lovely. Staff were professional and helpful. Having the parking included was great. I felt the water made my skin healthier.

Cons:

It’s just a shame that the loungers blocked the view of the lake from the pool. I wish they had at least one gap between the loungers by the pool so that we could enjoy the view. All I could see from the pool was the back of the loungers.

piscina ben strutturata e con ottima posizione e panorama. Colazione con vasta scelta

Cons:

discutibili alcune scelte dello chef nella cena ad es. servire come antipasto un secondo che si ripete nei secondi, ed alcune porzioni di pesce non ben cotte. Anche le preparazioni dei dolci poco curate nella cottura ed in alcuni casi non all'altezza delle stelle dell'hotel.

Fantastico.
Pros:

posizione, cortesia, disponibilità, tutto molto curato. Una colazione eccezionale. Davvero da consigliare.

Cons:

Difficile trovare punti negativi. Forse la spa un po' piccola ... ma stiamo davvero cercando il pelo nell'uovo.

Sencillamente perfecto.
Pros:

Increíble la estancia y la atención al detalle. Todos los trabajadores desde la recepción, hasta el personal de limpieza. La estancia ha sido maravillosa. Las instalaciones, el SPA, la piscina relajante al aire libre. Los detalles de la habitación, con todas las comodidades y productos de belleza. Y una ubicación y vistas inmejorable. Excelente!

היה נחנד מאוד בעיקר הרחצה במים בתרמים אזור הספא וארוחת הבוקר.
