Very friendly staff but service in the restaurant was poor
Pros:

Greet location, very friendly staff and exceptionally clean throughout.

Cons:

Table service at the restaurant was very slow. Stayed for a few nights and the service seemed to get worse. It wasn’t particularly busy in the restaurant either.

quick visit to the area very well presented building and location

bathroom door sticking to the floor tiles so unable to close fully

Pros:

Exactly as expected. Staff were fabulous..especially when I realised I'd booked taxi to station at the wrong time for my train...they sorted straight away.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault that I arrived early...had to go straight to an event...but access to somewhere to plug in hair straighteners would have been great...got changed in the loo!! This really isn't a criticism!!

Very comfortable short break.
Pros:
