Good all round hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Klantgerichtheid mist en ontbijt is matig voor een 4 sterren hotel en wordt niet aangevuld tot sluiting

De kamer was prima. Ruim en schoon.

Cons:

Het personeel en het ontbijt. Bij ontvangst was personeelslid aan de telefoon maar zei niks. Mag best even gedag gezegd worden en dat ze ons zo komt helpen. Bij uitchecken mag best gevraagd worden of het verblijf goed is bevallen maar ook toen werd er alleen gevraagd of we wilden uitchecken. Weinig klantvriendelijkheid. Kan beter. Ook staat er de hele ochtend een schoonmaakkar midden in de gang waardoor je slecht kan passeren.
