Pros:

We had a one night stay due to a family funeral. However, I will stay at this hotel again when visiting Kirkcaldy again.
The room we had was very comfortable and had little extras that we didn't expect like shower gel, shampoo etc.
The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was issue with a loud droning noise at approx. 7.30am which then intermittently occurred.
I informed reception so that it could be investigated

Pros:

The breakfast selection was very good, the hotel was very good all round. The staff were very polite and friendly.

A very classy hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful decor. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Fantastic staff, especially at dinner. Beautifully equipped room. A very classy place all round.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also good.
Room was clean and mostly comfortable.
The hotel was beautifully redecorated and we were very impressed by this.

Cons:

A little more expenditure on decent pillows would have been appreciated.
The safe was not attached to the shelf in the wardrobe, so was not exactly 'safe'
Water pressure in the bathroom needs to be sorted out as this was not adequate.

Fabulous from start to finish
Pros:

Very modern and clean exactly what to expect from a 4 star hotel. Beds were super comfy, toiletries were excellent. Staff were spot on.
