Pros:

Coffee should be done by 6 am. Do not disturb is not a que for maid service without a knock. None of the plugs worked, was a common complaint. NO HOT WATER, also common complaint. Definitely never stay here again.

Pros:

Good location and generally comfortable and quiet for our stay.

Cons:

Low water pressure shower and room air conditioner that ran only on high fan and cycled on and off all night. Noisy when running. Several unattended maintenance issues.

Lack of customer service
Pros:

Location is good. Requested my digital key a day prior, again when I was about to arrive and still no key, requested a key in person. Staff seemed annoyed to have to work. Had to wait on a different elevator because the one I was on kept opening over and over and not moving. Upon checkout the staff was arguing and rude when I asked to checkout. Only had to checkout in person because the digital checkout would not work.

BATHROOM DOOR DOESN’T CLOSE TO THE FULL. DESIGN FAULT.
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton garden inn as close to NASA center. Nothing special about the welcoming to the hotel. This hotel has been renovated so everything is in good condition. The room was spacious . Ground floor room selected by the receptionist. Not my favourite. View of a car park from our window. Not very private. What amazed me in the new renovated hotel is that they have not fitted the bathroom with a sliding door which closes to the full. The sliding door is too short for the length of the opening frame. I thought it was only in my bedroom but when I checked the room opposite mine which was being cleaned I noticed the same problem. See pictures attached. You can’t close your bathroom door to the full. Hotel was busy so in the morning at 6.30 am the noise of slamming doors woke me up. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel. Parking was free.

Beautifully Renovated and Great Location
Pros:

We stayed one night at this Hilton Garden Inn and had two rooms. Overall, it’s a very nice property with a lot going for it.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and the lobby is large, modern, and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, status was properly recognized at check-in, and bottled water was offered. Parking was plentiful, and the location is excellent, with plenty to do and eat nearby.

The biggest drawback for us was the window-style air conditioning units. They were noticeably noisy and had difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the night. This unfortunately is quite common at many hotels, but it did impact sleep quality so it’s worth noting.

Despite that, the overall experience was still very positive thanks to the renovation, service, and location. This would easily be a near-perfect stay if they got rid of the window AC units. I would stay here again, especially given everything else the property does well.
