La habitación era bastante amplia y en general cómoda

Cons:

La atención en recepción. No nos explicaron nada en el checking. Deberían habernos dado un voucher para el desayuno porque lo teníamos pagado y no nos lo dieron. En general no hubo ni guna comunicación

Great stay!
Pros:

Room was comfy. Bed comfy. Good facilities though we did not get to use. Washer and dryer so convenient. Very friendly staff.

The decor & hospitality was excellent 👌

Cons:

The elevators weren't functioning properly. You had to literally ring a bell hoisted on a "wet floor" sign to have someone from the front desk leave their post run to the elevators, go into an adjacent room to activate the elevators. Very inconvenient and crazy. Need repair immediately.

Nice room, bad elevator.
Pros:

location was good and the room was nice.

Cons:

The one working elevator broke after breakfast when we were ready to check out and needed to go. It took over 30 minutes to reboot and people were stuck on there and no one knew it.

Sad we had to pay for breakfast when most hotels offer the same continental breakfast for free.
